The fact it was close to the stadium. The staff was very unprofessional, rude and the public areas were very hot, as if they had AC problems they didn’t make aware to the guest.

Everythings love it, breskfast outstanding, front desk personal was great. Housekeeper was great. The downstairs bathroom need more attend some one throw tissue on floor need to clean and wipe down. Because A lot peoples/kids where there. Glad that some family where able drive one hour away to visit. except the elevator very slow, and only one working during this business time.

Check in was super easy, and the girl working was so kind and helpful! We came for a Rangers game and the location was great. Made it a very fast drive to park at Globe Life. Kids were able to enjoy the pool. Room was clean and loved the flavored water downstairs. Breakfast provided makes our mornings easier. Plenty parking in the back area and it was well lit. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but wasn’t a big issue at all. We just went down to the 4th floor to get it. Will 100% stay here again when we come next year for another game!
