Clean hotel and quiet location. Pool was being repaired and not open but still worth staying here and would come again.

We enjoyed the ceramic dishes and silverware was real, not plastic.

Love the rooms with full kitchens but the pool is meh…

Location, staff, Breakfast all very good Only one elevator was working. So just coming and going was very slow. The pool was out of service.

Hotel and room were clean. Staff were not welcoming or helpful at breakfast. No water offered. Eden the front desk clerk was helpful at check in

Actual building was very good. Spoke with other guests and they seemed to feel the same. Breakfast was also good. One elevator was out of service for our entire stay which left only one working. The area- was a mess. felt unsafe (but the property was well lit.) I understand that the surrounding area of the unsafe was destroyed by hurricane Helene and that explains why thing around the hotel was sketchy

Great for a quick trip with family. Area is getting closer to back to normal post Helene.

We learned that this hotel was in the area where a hurricane hit two years ago. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor which you need to take an elevator up to. Was a little confusing. Traffic in the area is a little crazy when getting to hotel which sits along the river. Hotel needs some repair due to hurricane, you cannot use it at this time. But over all close to restaurants, and the Biltmore Home which is 5 minutes away.

Absolutely nothing Most everything…both elevators broke about an hour after we arrived.. our room was on 5th floor… manager claims there was nothing she could do.. totally incompetent, never seen anything like it

Room was not completely cleaned when we got there and the bedding did not smell fresh, and there was a broken TV mount on the counter with a different TV on top of it, just didn’t hit my expectations for the price that I paid for the room.

It was evident that the property was still being built or finished, the ceiling above the elevator entrance from the garage wasn’t finished and had open electrical boxes, the room was great, also only had one of two elevators working, kind of a problem, they had a decent breakfast service, but they need more trays to bring food around

Great stay!

Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Carpet was not clean and there we pink fingernail clipping in the bathroom floor despite the chains guarantee of cleanliness. Not to mention what was supposed to be warm breakfast was cold.
