WoodSpring Suites Asheville - Biltmore West

The plastic on mattress, the sheets and bed sheets not breathable at all leading to my wife and I extremely low sleep scores. Not having a single lamp or wall mounted lamp by the bed is awful lighting for the room. Feels like basket ball gym lighting setup. Was ignored why manager was eating food until I shouted hello after standing around 10-15min. With no one insight. Then this hotel wanted photo IDs from all persons over 18 sleeping in the room. Never in my life has any establishment asked to scan mine and my wife driver licenses. Just terrible but did have high water pressure as a plus.

Hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke that eventually leaked into our room,. If you like the smell of cigarettes then it will not bother you.

There was no one at the front desk after 11pm and we had to go find pay for another hotel

Room was fairly clean but overrun with cockroaches which tells me it is not very clean. The toilet was not attached to the floor.

I love it is a super comfortable place friendly service all the time.

I literally could not sleep all night the people on the next floor on top of my room were so noisy stomping on the floor ALL NIGHT and I mean all night well past 4 In morning. Was horrible got no sleep

Nothing, worst experience we’ve ever had. There was a hug gap in our door where you could literally see through to the inside of our room. We had to shove a towel in the gap and it took 2 of them. There were women in the parking lot twerking on cars when we got back from visiting family. Starting around 1am, there was a lot of commotion coming from the parking lot that you could hear over the AC in our room on the 3rd story. A huge fight took place where someone literally was beat within what looked like an inch of his life. They repeatedly yelled the N word at the time of their lungs for almost 3 hours. I was not able to sleep at all and wish we could get our money back. I feel like it would have been better to stay in our car. We will never be back. The room smelt terrible and I had to go buy something to take away the smell. The elevator was just as bad. The entire place needs to be deodorized. Fridge doors and handle were disgusting. I wish I could upload the video we have of the fight but we didn’t take any pictures.

I was placed in the first floor under someone that stomped around, dragged furniture and banged and dropped thing all night long! At 3i the morning I’m saying to myself, “surely these people will go to bed soon!” But noooooo! I also killed a roach climbing up the bathroom wall. The hallway didn’t appear to be vacuumed in quite sometime. I’m surprised I didn’t have bedbug encounters. Fortunately, that didn’t happen.

Parking was easy and safe

Room was clean , staff was nice, parking was good and the kitchen was nice and clean

Nothing This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The entire building smelled of smoke- the elevator, halls, lobby, etc. my non-smoking room smelled so badly of smoke that I got a headache. The hotel location was very dark, and I did not feel safe at this location. I could hear loud arguing and noises in rooms nearby. I ended up leaving the hotel and finding a reservation elsewhere without speaking to the front desk staff. I honestly didn’t feel safe traveling out of my room, so I took my things and went directly to my car. I would not recommend staying here. The room did not match the picture I saw online.

Staff was okay. Property was clean and cozy

Beds could use some extra pillows

Wasn't bothered by staff. Water pressure isn't great and the bed isn't comfortable.
