Days Inn by Wyndham Ashland

The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was dirty and had bugs. The first night the lady at the front desk was amazing but the next couple of days had different staff members and they were ok, not very helpful. Each day I had to go to the office to get my room key fixed because it wouldn’t work. We couldn’t watch TV because it didn’t work and the staff was unable to fix it. We had a non smoking room but always smelled like cigarettes and weed. Wouldn’t stay here again!

Room was in bad shape - TV would not turn off(had to pull the plug), coffee maker did not work and the bathroom ceiling fan was hanging down from the ceiling!

I didn’t stay. The room was horrible blood on the walls air-conditioning broke. Bear is not clean proper refrigerator making a sound when you pull up. You gotta speak to a person through a little window. If this is what your company like you may need to revamp why it is so low rating walkway disgusting everything locked up people barely spoke English. It was horrible and something bit me and my granddaughter so we had to stay somewhere else and it’s a no refund policy for this hotel because it’s close to Kings Dominion I believe in that’s why I would never stay at the Days Inn again absolutely disgusting. You should go there yourself and see what it is. That customers are saying stay in the room, surprise them. I cannot believe that this is something that you have operating as a business. I’m disappointed or whatever bit me on my own while I was just sitting on the bed in the room that wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. It’s absolutely Insane. I’ve never stated a hotel that was so disgusting. I didn’t even stay I left. I stayed at the best western thank you. Best Western.

What amenities?

After changing rooms (because the AC was not working)....the room was basically clean and comfortable....with only minor maintenance issues noted (burnt out lightbulb, loose vanity faucet etc). This hotel is a lower priced, affordable option for this area.

Room was smelly and musty. The AC did not work. A couple of light bulbs were out. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was set way too high and there were bugs skittering around on the bathroom floor!

I got a room with no tv, no fridge - I had bedbugs so bad we were eaten alive. It's nasty and gross and to top it off they put a new guy there that had been only working 3 days and he double charged my card and it took 4 days for me to get MY money back - disgusting

The TV did not work. The curtains were hanging half off the windows. The air-conditioning system turned on and turned off all night long. And I never felt so insecure in all my stays on Expedia. I would not recommend this to anyone including truck drivers.

Do not stay here. These pictures must be from when the place first opened. It looks nothing like the pictures posted on the website. The first room they gave us wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. The second room had bugs. We left immediately and asked for a refund but the refund was denied. The area wasn’t safe. It’s gross, there are better options. This place shouldn’t be open until it’s cleaned properly and the bugs are gone.

The hotel is very run down and extremely disgusting!
