Door didn't properly close had to put on chain for safety ,serious roach problem roache in the tub coming thru the holes in foundation of the walls and broken bathroom door and floor cracks TV leg was held up by two bars of soap which tv didn't even work no sink water pressure shower was dirty curtain severely molded no fridge microwave on floor ice bucket filthy I slept in my car in the parking lot not staff after 10 pm trash over run thru out entire property but you can mop the lobby 4 times nice staff but property needs to be condemed by the city

Location The Manager lied she said that they wouldn't matter if I split my reservations in half it would still be the same price but she charged me extra on the second half of it. This is bad business, that she didn't care.

Microwave and fridge in the room , AC gets room really cold A few problems with roaches, one lamp didn't work, couldn't cook on a hot plate, bugs were in one of the lamp shades. Black marks in the tub, toilet seat has a crack, also sometimes the light over the sink wouldn't come on . And worried about if there were any bedbugs.

You're better off paying a few more bucks for somewhere else nearby, especially if you are there for Kings Dominion.

Wasn’t a terrible stay for one night. The place has junk everywhere. There was no mirror in our room and bits of broken glass on the floor. You get what you pay for. If booking again, I’d try a different hotel in the same price range.

Nothing it was a nasty roach infested Everything it was nasty roaches everywhere bathroom not cleaned beds broke. Peanut butter and Jelly spilled in dresser drawers with roaches

Only the good about this motel is the pool

Pool wasn’t open so I had to use the YMCA.

Location Roaches, moldy and stinky, the fire detector sat on the table, no fridge, old dirty microwave, dirty sheets rags and towels, no pool towels. Dirty room

I called 6 hours prior to arriving to tell them I needed a first floor room, as I couldn’t do stairs, and was given room 1083 at 11 pm. The room was nothing like AYO advertised, it was dirty, had bugs, the linen was either burned or filthy stained, smelled like smoke even though I requested/booked a non-smoking room, it was disgraceful that they would charge $60 for something that had barely been cleaned, furniture was shredded or burned, the bathroom floor had dead bugs, and barely painted over the “artwork” scribbled all over the door. I wouldn’t have trusted getting in the shower. This should be refunded immediately for how gross this was, dirty microwave and fridge, obviously no cleaned. I had the heebee jeebies!

Absolutely NOTHING Roaches everywhere, broken tv, no refrigerator, no microwave , disgusting furniture, no A/C , no pillows

Property was not livable and should be condemned. My child ended up in the ER after spending about 20 minutes in one of the rooms for environmental hazards that irritated his throat so bad he couldn’t drink or eat anything. ER had to give him steroids.

At least it was cheap.
