Would stay again…friendly staff, clean rooms, loved the amenities

Breakfast was lacking and final costs were a little more than what was quoted with taxes and automatic $20 incident hold charge, which we never got back.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The pool was clean and very well maintained. The pool table and shuffle board were an added bonus.

Third without any discussion or solution he said is not my problem you reserved thru 3rd party talk with them. Its look like a profiling and disrespect. Anyway the service deserve less than 1 star

Beautiful hotel, great staff, nice and spacious room. No complaints. Also, plenty of great food options very close to the hotel.

Well located and reasonably priced There was only one chair in the room, an uncomfortable desk chair. The staff was present, but not particularly friendly. The breakfast station was not well attended and there were often empty containers where the food should be.

A/C was a little off. I understand they are going through some upgrades. Understandable. Great stay. Would recommend!

Breakfast was basic, but good. Our room was nice for the most part with exception of the shower. Practically zero water pressure on hot water setting no matter what time of day you showered. Lights in room not plugged in or didn’t work at all. There were some dirty hand prints around light switches and on backs of doors. Beds were clean and comfortable and AC kept the room nice and cool. Halls were quiet. Pool was small, but clean. There are lots of places to sit and hang out, including a pool table and shuffle board table. Little nooks to plug in the computer and work in the quiet. The open concept lobby was cool. Check in was easy and everyone who works there is friendly.

They thought of a lot of little extras that made the stay nice. The breakfast was delicious, as well. The staff was both friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!

Second time we are staying at this hotel and there is no surprise. Smooth check in, nice bedrooms, good breakfast.

Friendly staff Minor issues with the room

The staff were nice and it was clean and room temperature was appropriate. We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds and got 2 rooms with king beds and were told that we had to contact Booking.com and there was nothing to be done. The showers were awful- you could either have hot OR pressure, not both, so we all showered with a trickle of hot water.

Location off 95 was great. Hotel was clean and room amenities were good. Room was quiet and comfortable. I did not like the breakfast. Food was moderate quality at best. No fresh half and half for the coffee. No yogurt either day. I don't know what the bacon was made from. Dining area was not kept clean.

Continental breakfast was always good. It was kept full and was fresh.
