Refrigerated had not been cleaned, there was red liquid everywhere inside it also , many hairs I shower and on floor

It took almost an hour to check in because their system was down they couldn’t find my reservation that I have prepaid for finally get into the room. It wasn’t so clean. The Murphy bed felt like you were sleeping on bricks. There was hair everywhere & blood on the sheets. I almost threw up !!! very disappointed with Marriott. I will NOT be staying here again.

Coffeemaker in rooms is “tooky”. Would be nice to have a better one.

The hotel is actually is a nice hotel only thing they are missing are microwaves in the rooms.. This my 2nd time staying at this property in less than 60days… Great location

I was supposed to get a room with bathtub as advertised. That’s what I paid for. When I got there they gave me room with shower only and did not change when I asked for room with a tub.

The poor guy at check in was the only one working and he needed help.

Just what I needed. Didn’t expect the $10 per day parking fees. Seemed over the top for Courtyard Marriott, but it was still a nice stay and comfortable hotel with helpful staff.

What I was the most disappointed in was the cleaning of the room, I was told since I was going to be staying for 3 days 4 nights they would only go once to clean. I was fine with that but the one time they did go clean, room was not vacuum, trash was not removed, soap dispenser in shower was not refilled, bed was not made.
