Great location, easy access to highways Rooms need deep cleaning, upgrades and basic upkeep. Time for new mattresses for sure.

Does not provide coffee either in the room or at the reception. Does not provide Shampoo, Conditioner or anything apart from a bar of soap. The stairs.and hallways reek of weed and urine.

Front stuff was rude and seemed frustrated that we needed a sleeper sofa, even though the reservation was for 4. There was no bedding given for the sleeper sofa, and the mattress on it was DISGUSTING. Had terrible brown, blue and red stains all over it. There were also roaches. We left a day early because it was just too awful to stay. Will never choose extended stay again.

No deposit was taken. You get the bare necessities; rooms were decently clean, and priced accordingly. Limited hours for front desk staff.

Place was too dirty, carpet, bathroom. Mildew in furniture and bathroom. Also there was a disgusting smell coming out drainage in bathroom

Nothing roaches in room smelled bad bed sheets dirty !!!!!! Everything from the minute I got there to when I checked out had no choice to stay bc my room was non refundable!!!!
