The lady at the front desk was great! She got us checked in very quickly and early. We ate at the bar in the lobby after the Braves game (which they have a shuttle to take you to and from the stadium). Food and drinks were excellent and the bar tender was great! It was an overall great experience and we will definitely be back!

pool was really dirty .the premises not clean and rooms not worth the amount of money they charge for a night .

Acceptable. The food is awful. When I was there, it was very, very loud also. The staff for polite. It's a solid three star, like if you were taking a class trip or something. I would not return.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and very well kept, which made everything feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I checked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were absolutely amazing and some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on while traveling. And a huge shoutout to the super awesome shuttle driver who made getting to The Braves game easy, fun, and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and comfort!

The hotel was okay, some of the staff were not very friendly. It was upsetting to learn that you have to pay for parking, which we did as soon as we arrived thinking we would be validated by the hotel, which the sign stated. Unfortunately, it was almost $30 to park during our one night stay. However, when we arrived multiple vehicles were parking and I did not see anyone scan the QR codes in the parking lot. Not to say they didn’t at some point. Seems as though we would have been better off just not following instruction to do so, would have saved us $30.

Great location, great room and nice common areas. The shuttle driver was borderline rude.

Check-in and check out we’re both good. The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and well kept. Used the shuttle to Truist Park.

Nice property.

You have to pay for parking and the amount was outrageous. No continental breakfast but the pool was nice.
-
The pool was crowded, but otherwise everything was great

This is an older hotel, but it was well kept. I was impressed that the carpet felt as clean as it did. The check in staff did their job but could have had a bit better customer service. The lady who checked us out was friendly. The shuttle to the battery was nice and easy. The only downside to the hotel was that you could not change where the showerhead sat and the shower curtain for the shower was way to small for it so it did ot prevent water from getting all over.

Will be back if we ever go to ATL again
-
Very clean and located to everything we were in town for.
-
I was not expecting to pay for parking or to pay for the expensive complementary breakfast.
