Comfortable room

My wife and i stayed for just 2 days but enjoyed the stay so much. The front desk agent was so nice and helpful. Our first night the tv remote didn't work and i took it to the lobby and he was happy to help and get it fixed. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The free breakfast was good with many things to choose from like cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, english muffins, fruit, yogurt and oatmeal with juice and coffee to drink. There was always free flavored and plain water at the front. The bar was very nice and we received 2 complimentary cocktails each for our stay. The bartenders were very nice and made some very good mixed drinks. For dinner i had a ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and the meal was so good. One of the best steaks I've eaten. After a long day traveling it made the night by chilling in the pool and hot tub. It was so nice and clean and we were the only ones in there which made it even better. We felt very safe staying here and you have to go through a drop gate to enter and exit which we thought was good to have. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and if ever back in Atlanta we will definitely stay again.

The promptness of checkin and letting us check-in early

The location was great! It was really close to Truist Park and lots of shopping and restaurants. The facilities were a little dated. Our bathtub was peeling. I also didn't like the layout of the parking lot, or the pot holes in the lot, although they seemed to be ready to repair it before we left

Front desk, breakfast and location was great! Our room smelled musky and I like it had been smoked it, which made it feel icky. We had a friend there as well (thinking it was just our room), but theirs smelled the same. Not sure if the rooms are older or what, but other than that it was good.

The gym was closed for renovations or something? Unfortunately that was why I picked this spot and wasn't notified it wouldn't be open. Front desk people were cool and the place was clean, but that really bummed me out.

Location and quality I love everything

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the suite was clean and comfortable. But I especially like the location, within easy walking distance of the Cobb Energy Center (right across the street!).

Had a problem with my stay and they told me they fixed it. Sent me a link and when I FINALLY got through the link it was all for nothing anyways. Here's points sorry about your stay, open account 0 points. Irritating. Used to be a valued customer. Thinking of not ever using this property again. Customer service "fixing the problem"

Breakfast was good Was very old, the tub had missing piece from the bottom, like the plastic was torn away in places , I was scared to shower in there because the bottom were rough and I didn't want to cut my feet. Also, the furniture was really old and worn out. And the sink was old, and looked dirty, hopefully it was just old

misleading info on web advertising. Did not mention $30 parking fee. Pets allowed but did not mention the $75 fee. Restaurant on site but the menu was limited, service was very very slow. food was poor. Left before the 6:00 a.m. breakfast. asked the front desk for a cup of coffee. I was told to wait until 6:00 a.m. Should have stayed at a Holiday Inn

Building was nice and clean what’s expected with the embassy suite brand pool area was temp closed was not made aware upon checking in . Had to find out by getting dressed for the pool area and walking up to the door . Staff was very rude did t handle the situation correctly .. went to the hotel on holiday for the purpose to swim . Was embarrass many customer cancelled reservation that’s same day
