The location is convenient to many attractions and restaurants. Our shower was entirely unusable, producing water at a scorching temperature and no amount of adjusting the handle would reduce the temperature at all. I had to wash my hair in the sink. The walls were so thin we could hear conversations in rooms to either side of us clearly, even though the other guests were speaking in normal tones. Finally, being charged over 60$ for a single basic cocktail is sheer madness. We would never use the dining options here again due to the exorbitant and frankly criminal pricing. Finally, when we inquired about parking fees and proceduresc the hotel staff member failed to provide us with adequate information (such as informing us our digital key would not be enough to let us exit the garage when we departed). Only by sheer chance did we learn we would need a physical room key and thank goodness we found it out, otherwise we’d have been stuck in the parking garage. Add to this a staff member engaging in a shouting match with a guest outside the front doors, we felt very uncomfortable. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing stay that resulted in frustration, a lack of sleep, and an unpleasant stay. Thankfully there are many alternate accommodations in downtown Atlanta because we will avoid this Hilton in the future.

The experience was wonderful especially with the number of people also in town for the World Cup matches. Only bummer was the elevator service at peak times.

Great place to stay! View was amazing!

how to tub was clogged up 90% of the time, and the cleaners only come early if you not out early your room won’t get cleaned.. which is not ok because not every one likes to get up early

Clean rooms with a great view of the city skyline. Staff were extremely helpful. Lovely bar showing the world cup, bit on the expensive side. Good choice of breakfast options for a price.

This hotel is only nice for show. The beds are terrible. They have them listed as queens and they are definitely full. The pillows are also trash. You would think for this to be a Hilton things would be so much better. The pluming is crappy. Had to wait for assistance after a regular deuce to unclog. Also the room was hot af. In the summer heat it only goes as low as 68. Terrible. Doesn’t feel like 68 at all. Imagine being out in the heat all day, just to come back to your room expecting to be able to be cooled and relax. NOT you’re walking into a sauna. On top of this my search preferences was to have a POOL. This hotel big and expensive for nothing. Doesn’t even have a pool. Overall this stay was not pleasant. Everyone in my family complains about how their back and neck hurts. Oh and there’s only one small elevator that takes you to the parking garage. Holds maybe 5 ppl. So be prepared to wait several cycles at checkout to leave. Speaking of parking can’t forget the asinine fee. I’m just not happy about this at all.

Even tho we got there at midnight, the valet driver thankfully still took our vehicle. The valet team took care of us instead of leaving us stranded trying to find parking in the middle of the night with two kids. They did not post that the valet stops at a certain time, we checked in close to midnight and it was our first time having to rely on valet because the parking area they “had” for us, our vehicle was to tall which we weren’t aware they’re was such a short height clearance. The room you could tell they only clean where their eyes can see and for being in Atlanta you’d think it’d be cleaner. We moved the bed to double take making sure we didn’t leave anything behind and found old snack wrappers along with condom wrappers under the bed.

Hilton has quite a bit to offer, shops, quite a few restaurants, numerous conference rooms, pickleball court, gym, etc., though I did not eat at any of the restaurants at the Hilton, it is convenient having that option. The rooms were clean, however, upon check-in, there was a sticky spot on the floor that I had set in that I had called and told guest services in person. Granted the time of night when guest services was told in person, I wasn’t expecting them to come right away, but wanted them to be aware. They sent up custodial help to clean the spot on the floor. The staff was extremely nice during my stay 10 out of 10 would stay here again.
