Great experience and hotel room was very clean. It was in walking distance of most places, only issue was having to wait until 3:30 to check in.

The whole hotel just had a bad odor to it. When you walked into your hallway it just did not smell good at all. Very disappointed

The location was convenient for the aquarium and for the Ferris wheel.But not for anything else. The manager was responsive promptly to the issues that we had regarding our room and made a change for us. The hotel appeared to be undergoing renovations, but the work thus far seemed to be subpar, particularly in the bathrooms. Carpets for poorly installed throughout the hotel. The hotel staff was unable to give us any recommendations or information regarding local transportation. All in all , aside from the manager , it was a disappointing trip.

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping, dining, and local attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Spacious common areas.....large dining room which one can sit and work in after breakfast is finished. Wi fi seems good.
