Great staff! The valet parking

Not far from Mercedes stadium

Overall the stay was good staff was friendly breakfast was good the only complaint I have was that they charge me for a smoking fee of $326 and none of my family smoke and I'm having a hard time getting a hold of someone to take care of the issue

Great overall for the value! The hotel was obviously older (elevators are scary) but the room was recently updated and felt more like a luxury hotel which was nice for the price. It could have been a little cleaner, but it was nice overall. The service was some of the best I've had at any hotel in a while.

The staff was amazing!! They were all very helpful!! My only complaint is parking just for valet. Had to drive around several times but the valet gentleman was still amazing person

We were going to a concert at a venue called The Tabernacle, the hotel was maybe a 5-minute walk away, it was a perfect location. Everything was modern and clean, and the hotel staff was professional and friendly. There wasn’t anything that we would say we didn’t like.

Great location for an event at the convention center.

The room was clean. The staff was great. We enjoyed the breakfast and found it to be a pretty generous offering. I would caution against the valet service. It's pretty pricey for how much convenience it really added. I don't know if they're adequately staffing valets to supply the demand for the service. We waited over an hour for our car to be registered as received and it took 40 minutes to receive our car back at check-out time. It seems obvious to me when you have check-in and check-out times that you could anticipate traffic and provide adequate staffing.

We had a big issue with the bathroom door as it wouldn't close all the way. You could still see the showers from the close bed.

Always nice to come back to this hotel. Staff very nice very welcoming and always enjoy my time. Been to this hotel several times and never once had too much of a problem would recommend. It in a decent spot too if you're visiting for a convention.

Some areas of the room & bathroom could have used more vacuuming. TV signal was in and out Also, Needed to go to the attended at the front desk to sign onto the internet. Internet did not come on automatically on the setting.
