We had a great stay! Staff was exceptional from the valet parking, desk, bartender, housekeeping and any other employees we came in contact with. We will definitely stay here again or another Hyatt Place.

Breakfast area was consistently emply if things even at 7:30 AM, no plates, Bowls, no support staff. Extremely poor management. Please stay elsewhere!!

We had an amazing time in Atlanta and at the Hyatt Place. The only issue we had was that the room did not have a good shade so in the morning we were woken up with the sun. Otherwise we had friendly service, helpful staff, comfy bed and good breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was pretty good and a good options to choose from the room was clean and spacious there is only valet parking so you have no choice to pay for that service which is 60 dollars a day, me and my wife didn't drive anywhere once my truck was parked by the valet we was in walking distance of everything we planned doing on our trip.
