Great hotel

The staff was absolutely amazing. My issue was with the room itself and cleanliness of the shower walls - which really needs to be cleaned. I was not comfortable showering. There was also no dresser or closet in the room to put your clothes or bags in. We had to just use the table. We had one king bed for two people, but there was only one nightstand. It was inconvenient for the person without the nightstand…

Good

The room and bath could definitely use some deep cleaning, you could see a lot of mold, hair and dust around the shower and floors. Tried to eat at the restaurant but after an hour of wait we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. Seriously understaffed, they didn't care to plan for a major international sporting event going on a couple blocks away.

Loved having access to to valet a bar and walking distance to plenty of attractions

Everything we experienced was so great and all the staff was amazing , particularly the guys working the restaurant Sunday morning ! Wow!

Only recommendation is they need to revisit the shower heads - they’re soo water efficient that showering takes forever. The water also never really heated up, so they’re also being way too restrictive on water heating. Unfortunately both these items were probably worst I’ve had at a hotel ever - and I’ve stayed at hundreds (if not thousands) of hotels

It was good location not far from the Marta system - Five Points, very comfy bed.

Clean room. Staff were accessible and friendly.

10 min walk form the Mercedes Benz stadium, great choice for the world cup

Great place to stay, really clean and pretty rooms, very spacious, beds were comfortable, all the staff were great and kind. We were there for the World Cup and it’s really walkable to the stadium and centennial park, plus a lot of options to eat. There’s a parking right in front of the building that you can park for a nice price.

Overall a good stay, the bartender and servers at the restaurant were very professional and friendly, they took cared of us very well, the main issue was since we checked in our room tv was not working, so after I called and reported I was told that they were aware and that they had already order the missing piece and was going to be fixed the next morning. After we returned from being out our second day the tv was still not fixed and nobody had reached to me about it, quite disappointed.
