The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. Reginald helped my son and I assist us with a cab and due to the high level traffic at the end of the Espana soccer game he escorted us to the main street to help us locate the cab. Thank you Reginald! You all made our first time at ATL the greatest !

Everything was great with the exception of valet. The attendants were amazing and kind but very overwhelmed with the amount of people and cars.

From check-in to check out, our stay was amazing! The front desk staff, and valet were so respectful and helpful. We got breakfast included with our stay and everything was so delicious - omelets made to order ( chefs kiss ). I will definitely be back my next time in Atlanta.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. We were able to walk directly from the hotel to the stadium without needing a rideshare, dealing with traffic, or crossing multiple busy streets. That convenience alone made the stay worthwhile. Parking was $50 for hotel guests, which we felt was reasonable considering many nearby lots and event parking options were charging even more. Having secured parking at the hotel made things much easier during such a busy event weekend. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The only minor drawback was that the elevators were a bit slow, but with so many visitors in town for events, that was understandable. We did not have a chance to eat at the restaurant or visit the bar, so we cannot comment on those amenities. However, based on our overall experience, we would definitely consider staying here again for future events in Atlanta.

The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Any interactions we had were positive and helpful, which made the stay feel more relaxed. One of the highlights was the overall convenience and location, which made it easy to get in and out without stress. It worked well for a short stay or stopover.

    Very friendly service. Would recommend.

We paid $99 for 2 people for the breakfast buffet! The waiter asks if you would like water and then charges you $11.00 for it. Why would a drink NOT be included in a $34/pp buffet!?!?! I also paid $6.00 each for 1 glass juice. This is ridiculously over priced. The wait staff should at least tell you that drinks are not included in the $34 buffet.

Hotel was in a great location! Atlanta traffic is horrible and this location helps navigate getting to and from the city. The hotel itself was amazing from the room, food, and service. Highly recommend! It’s my go to hotel whenever I am in the city!

The bathroom was huge including a very spacious shower that felt like a spa experience. One of the best parts of the hotel is the variety of amazing restaurants and bars available on site. We dined at Capolinea Italian Restaurant and everything from the appetizers to the entrée and dessert was absolutely phenomenal truly exquisite. The drinks were just as impressive and they served one of the best dirty gin martinis I’ve had in a long time. The service there was outstanding as well. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Homespun which had so many delicious options to choose from. The lobby bar was another great spot with really good drinks and a great atmosphere. We also checked out The Nest on Four sports bar which was such a fun experience. It had tons of TVs to watch the games making it the perfect place to grab bites and drinks while enjoying the game atmosphere. Overall this hotel exceeded expectations in every way. It was an incredible experience from start to finish and I already can’t wait to go back!

It was nice to be connected to the World Congress Center. The gym was nice as well. I had my service animal with me during my stay and made sure to notify the hotel in advance. Unfortunately, several interactions with staff throughout the trip made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I travel extensively for work and intentionally choose higher-end hotels because of the additional challenges and needs that come with traveling alongside a service animal. Because of that, it was especially disappointing to have staff ask me to keep my distance from them, or to have a bellman refuse to bring my luggage into my room because he was afraid of dogs. To me, my service dog is not simply a pet, she is medical equipment and an essential part of my daily life and independence. Beyond those moments, there were several other interactions during my stay that left me feeling awkward and out of place, as though I was not the kind of guest the hotel typically welcomed. It made for a very discouraging start to my trip.

Valet staff was very courteous and helpful when in need. Didn't use housekeeping during our 4 night stay. Didn't like that there was only one microwave for the amount of rooms they have and it's downstairs near lobby. They don't have an on site ATM to offer staff tips but they will give you their cash app or Zelle. The Italian restaurant was nice and they're staff very attentive. Also no vending machine access or irons for clothing.

I loved my stay at Signia!! It was very peaceful and in close proximity to where I needed to be. I only needed an Uber to and from the airport. Everything else was in walking distance. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view. It has one of the best bathrooms I've had in a hotel stay. The various lighting options are amazing. The shower is very spacious, has great water pressure, and has a DETACHABLE SPRAYER!!!! Most hotels do not offer that and it's a very valuable asset to me. I ate at Nest both nights and had breakfast there the following day. The food was good and the staff members were always pleasant and attentive. I will definitely choose Signia any time I am in Atlanta and highly recommend it!
