The room was clean and the staff was friendly, the wifi and TV kept going out. I had to use my Hotspot to watch movies. Several times I had to renew the pass key, it would open the door.
-
The room looked like there has been no maintenance done since the place was opened. There are no phones in the room. No remote. There we cookers walking all around the property a d the smell of Weed in the parking lot.

The property smelled when we went in there was too much furniture in the room. The bathroom was large, but the vanity sink was all broken and there were people hanging around outside. I would not ever stay here again. we didn’t like the property

This was likely the most horrendous place I have ever stayed, and I have stayed in many plades. When I arrived, there was a sign at the front desk to say call this number if no one's here. I called the number twice and got voicemail. A guy walking by who was not an employee of the hotel told me that the employee would be back in a few minutes. When I asked her about the number she said it was a number for the day manager so apparently there's no way to get in touch with her. The first room that I was given did not have a deadbolt lock. I went back to the front desk and asked her about a deadbolt lock and she didn't know what a deadbolt lock was. I took her back to the room and showed her. She opened the room next-door, and it also did not have a deadbolt lock. Finally, I was given a room all the way around on the other side of the hotel that had a deadbolt lock but the floor was so sticky my shoes make noise when I walked across the floor. I have never stayed at a hotel that runs your credit card for a deposit prior to you even staying but they ran $100 deposit on my credit card and stated that I would be getting it back in 4 to 6 business days. I have not checked but I definitely will be checking to see if I get that refund. You do not want to stay at this hotel. Forgot to mention at about 1 o'clock in the morning there was a woman right outside my door just screaming. I called 911 and explain the situation to the sheriffs.

There was no actual breakfast. Only juice, milk and cereal, oh and coffee First room had a very bad smell, I wasn't able to take it. Next room was more raggedy. My door didn't close tight and a man tried to come in but I had it double locked

Noisy, okay for a smoking room, tv didn’t work initially and only can view one channel. Other than that, we stay to ourselves and try to ignore the traffic.
-
Nothing! Room was unacceptable! Dirty , roaches , wires hanging loose out of wall , bathroom was left unpainted.. I can’t begin to tell you how filthy the room was .. Stairs walking to second floors was awful shit all all over steps.. Then opening the door to the room was a site to see . I can’t begin to tell u but I will let the health department of Augusta know what a a safe facility the super 8 motel is !!

It was disgusting filled of bedbugs and was completely ran down and in the mist of druggies harassing you
-
The water was turned off without anybody knowing I think that was real unprofessional and the sink has water going down on my floor the bathroom the other side did not work the TV have worked but the quietness and the cleanliness was good but the room I was in it's stunk I enjoyed to stay by working other than that they want us to park. They just need to remodel everything install everything they need to shut down though but it was a cheap motel but the what they charge you it wasn't called for cuz it ain't worth it

refused to give me refund even after I had to go to hospital

Clean room for the most part. Didn’t get to use the pool unfortunately. Would stay again if I had too.
-
Fire TV with Xfinity remote (did not work together.) Only cereal, cereal bars, and PB crackers for breakfast. Coffee cups but no lids at breakfast. Then wanted an $80 deposit. Pool was closed but I really didn’t even see it.

1.) Have fun getting in the hotel with heavy traffic on Washington Road. 2.) Waited about 15-20 mins for staff to come to front desk. 3.) The room they provided me was STANK!! It smelled like wet dog, mildew and rotten eggs. 4.) The tub/jacuzzi had grime in it. The furniture and TV was dated. I took the L and left the room after 10 mins.. I refused to sleep in that hellhole.
