The staff were super friendly and even upgraded us from a queen room to a king. We were asked if we would prefer a higher or lower floor and we said higher and they put us on the 13th which was great. The valet was quick which was a plus as well but $60 a night for parking is a little egregious. The only other negative to consider is the pool really isn’t all that great. It’s quite small with limited seating. But the pool bar is nice and the servers were great! Overall it was a good stay!

A Lovely stay at the Omni in Austin! My first time as a guest at an Omni Hotel and I was very happy. The staff was friendly, accommodating and all else was top notch. I will be an Omni guest for anywhere I go that has an Omni hotel.

I hadn’t stayed at an Omni in years. This property was an extremely pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable. I loved the decor and the amenities at this property. The only drawback was the high price for parking, but it seemed comparable to other nearby lots, so that must just be parking in this part of Austin. I’d gladly stay here again.

Loveeed everything about the stay! Very clean, loved the pool! Customer service top tier!! Celebrated my husband’s 40th and they upgraded our room to a suite!!
