After returning home, I discovered an additional charge on my credit card that I was not informed about. When I contacted the hotel for an explanation, I was simply told to contact my bank to recover the money. I am disappointed with the lack of responsibility and customer service. I hope future guests will carefully review their bills and credit card statements。We came down for breakfast at 8:30 a.m., but most of the food was already gone. There was hardly anything left to eat, which was very disappointing and not what we expected from the hotel。

This was a clean and very comfortable hotel. It is attractive and pleasant. We were charged $10 for one night of parking even though Booking.com said parking was free. I find this disingenuous on the hotel's part. This is an airport hotel. Most people will be arriving by car. There are plenty of spots in the lot which is open air and does not provide any extra security. This seems like a hidden fee.

Breakfast was great, waffle station and sausage sandwiches ...had to ask for things like butter and cream cheese. Chose this hotel and was willing to pay extra for the 9.2 rating but I didn't not see that, unless the surrounding hotels are really that rough. Bathroom had yellow grout and you could smell the pipes. Chairs and top bedding had mystery stains.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was different everyday and really good. Shower got hot right away and the front office was super nice. Nothing it was great. Would come back.
