Good experience

There was a pet odor which was not appealing, and the beds were not all that comfortable.

The night clerk was friendly. Worst experience I have ever had as a world traveler: I am moving and traveling from Las Vegas to Nother California. I needed to rest so I checked in with this place. At 4-5am, I was woken up by next door neighbor slamming their door multiple times, talking, making noises including hammering as if there was a construction going on... I couldn't sleep until I went down and had my breakfast. Since l needed more rest, I went back to sleep around 8am. Only to be woken up again, this time was by the housekeeper, who decided she needed to get her day going. She opened my door up at 9am and I had to tell her that l was still aleeping. The story did not end there. For the third time, at 9:30am, there was the piercing fire alarm went off chasing me out of my bed for fear of my life. Only to found out that was a false alarm: unbelievable! I finally realized I need to get out of there as I can't get any sleep by 110:30am. I went to get a receipt and was told it was emailed to me. I checked my email and couldn't find one. Then, the clerk admitted it wasn't sent and she did not know how to email me a receipt. She talked to her manager on the phone and the manager wasn't able to help. As l was leaving, I was told it will be sent to me right away. It's 9:30pm, 11 hours later, no receipt... What a day!!!

Easy to reach from highway. Friendly staff. Large room, comfy bed, good airco. Lots of outlets for devices. Decent breakfast. Slippery bathtub. Desk and carpeting could have been cleaner. Sound isolation wasn't great, could hear noise through the walls.

My kids loved the indoor pool. I liked the fact that it's right off the freeway and close to plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was a plus!

We stayed for 3 nights and thought the quality was good and price was fair. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Decent and filling. waffle, cereal, fruit, eggs and sausage. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered were friendly. I would choose this place again.

Just a quick one night stay again. But again very happy with my huge clean beautiful room at a very fair price in a very safe area.. with an 18 wheel semi needing parking it can be hard. But they have plenty of open street parking literally right in front of the hotel making it work out very well.. I appreciated that they even had razors on hand that they provided for free when I had gone to the front desk looking to purchase one.. that was nice and I love the bottles of actual good shampoos and conditioners lotions etc all provided in the shower.. unfortunately this time the neighbor next to us was being loud and weird pretty much all night but that really is not the hotels fault. The breakfast again great with eggs and sausage fresh waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, juices and coffee..am still hoping to try the indoor pool. Just have to stay longer than a few hours to get to try that amenity!!
