Terrible place. Filthy water and cockroaches everywhere. I asked for my money back.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The carpets were very old and moldy. My allergies were off the charts. The rooms were old and damp. Needs to get updated. No pool, lobby was old and dingy. They never told me about the paid park! 38.00 per night. The elevator and hall were dark. Ordered food from recommended restaurant! Very expensive! The burgers were tiny. Forgot items. No napkins. There are too many newer hotels to stay here . Think twice. Trap.

Had a weired smell upon entering the hotel but the room was decent. Nothing really to note as it was needed for an emergency situation and it served its purpose.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The hotel is infested with roaches. Within 5 minutes we saw 10 large roaches running from all different areas of the room.

What bothered me most wasn’t just the delay, but how it was handled. I felt dismissed whenever I asked for updates. I was repeatedly told that certain things couldn’t be done because I had booked through a third party, which made it feel like I was being blamed for how I made my reservation rather than being helped. After hours of waiting, it wasn’t until I became very upset and begged for help that anything seemed to happen. To give credit where it’s due, they did allow me to store my bags before and after check-in. The room was surprisingly clean, but the hotel is very worn and dated. There were scratched and damaged finishes throughout, and the hallway smelled strongly of mold and cigarette smoke. The bathroom light was broken when I arrived and wasn’t fixed until after I reported it multiple times. The restaurant was closed, which was not disclosed before arrival, and the breakfast was very limited and ran out quickly. Overall, the room itself was acceptable, but the six-hour delay, poor communication, and maintenance issues completely overshadowed the stay. I would not stay here again.

Journee the front desk clerk was amazing and helpful. The bathroom is tiny the head boards have rips and tears, the pool or the restaurant wasn't open. I was doubled charge and the parking garage was close- so there was no unlimited use

Everything was going well until I got to the parking lot. If I had anything negative to say, it would be about the parking situation.

My air conditioner wasn’t working it was super hot in the room . There was no parking and i was told I can pay for the parking out front for $78 but it not guarantee a spot if I leave and come back. Also I spent about 30 min in the line to check into my room.

Showed up at 5 PM I was not giving clear expectation staff did not seem concerned That only myself there were 8+ people with similar situation TV does not have any connection to cables or anything Breakfast is poor The only good thing is the location very close to the convention center and the price is relatively better compared to other local hotels

When we returned at 3 p.m. to check in, we encountered a line that took over two and a half hours. After finally reaching the front desk, I was rudely informed that our prepaid Expedia reservation had been canceled and was told we should “never book through a third party.” After another hour and a half of discussions, the assistant general manager remembered us from earlier and was able to get us a room. Many other Expedia guests were turned away. Because of this nearly five-hour ordeal, we missed our anniversary dinner reservations. To make matters worse, the room itself was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. Poor communication, rude treatment, mishandled reservations, and unacceptable cleanliness ruined what should have been a special trip. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Mouse in the breakfast area. Panhandler in the lobby that led to garage. Hard to get someone to answer the phone. Sad, has the potential to be so much better.

When I arrived at the Baltimore Days Inn to check in on 6/13 around 3:30 PM, there was a line of more than 25 people waiting with only 3 frazzled receptionists at the desk. Tensions were rising as most incoming guests (including me) were told that there were no rooms available. The indoor temperature in the lobby was above 90F. There were not enough seats to accommodate all the people waiting. The Days Inn staff told me that I had no reservation with them and turned me away after advising to contact Expedia. I went to the Baltimore Convention Center (where I was supposed to give a talk the following morning at 8am) to ask for help. They referred me to the reception of the Hilton hotel inside the Convention Center. The Hilton had also run out of rooms. The manager of the Hilton reception called 6 hotels in the neighborhood but none had rooms available. The last property that she called as The Study on the Johns Hopkins campus more than 2.5 miles away. This is where I stayed and it costs me $35 each way to commute to the Convention Center.

Check in was a nightmare we waited an hour in an unconditioned lobby for the staff to figure out an error on their end resulting in us being overcharged. It was so hot that my two children and I stepped outside to let my husband handle it. Baby roaches were all over the front steps, so we went back in and sat in the heat. The 7th floor smelled of animal urine. The tub in the room backed up resulting in cool stagnant water while showering . The room phone was broken. The wall AC WAS SOOOO LOUD! It woke us up each time it cut back on. One of the bed linens had brown stains all over the white comforter. Check out was equally as miserable. The day of check out we were charged two separate totals for the one room we were in. All likely due to the same error that occurred at check in. (The lady deleted the information attached to hotel.com that is apparently a big NO NO, resulting in cards being charged over and over. We have now frozen the card and called our bank. As I sit here at 630pm after check out at 0700am I recieved ANOTHER notification from the bank that the hotel that was PAID IN FULL at check in it attempting to charge me AGIAN!! The pool and restaurant were closed and have been for sometime with no real ETA on opening. Breakfast minimal and stale at best. Stale muffins left open to air, cereal, and plain bread or a bagel with a toaster. BUYER BEWARE!!

There was only one person working in the morning...she said it's often like that. Guests attending a conference in the city were coming in. We stood in line for 30 minutes before being helped. There were only two people in front of us. Really bad service. Don't blame the receptionist...but the idiot who had her working by herself. When we left after an hour of being checked in, there were around 30 waiting in line to be helped.

The hotel needs a makeover, it has smoke smell everywhere, in the hallways & in the rooms, the carpet has stains everywhere in the hallways in the rooms. They need to upgrade their amenities. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the place.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The water was brown, there was bugs, wait was long to get a room and is not worth over 80$

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

-The staff failed to notify guests that the water would be shut off for several hours one day during our stay. Imagine my surprise when I turned on the faucet and got nothing. -We stayed for four days and never got housekeeping service — despite making multiple requests. The sign on the mirror said linens would be changed every three days. Nope. -The fitness center had no a-c. The thermostat said it was 89 degrees. Because of all this, I called and emailed the hotel and asked for a partial refund. So far, no response. Also, be aware that bringing a pet adds $50 a night to your bill. Bottom line: They could do a lot better — especially when it comes to customer service.

Clean room and close to everything

Very outdated decor. Musty smell in hallway. Excessive wait to check in.
