The entire experience was not good

The check-in and check out were a breeze. The staff was very helpful. Although I had a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke when I got there. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the shower, on the floor, in the sink, and in one of the towels. The water pressure in the sink and shower were bad. I didn’t know hotels stopped doing automatic cleaning every day. I was there for four nights, and it was never done. I guess it has to be requested now. It was in a very convenient location. The hotel restaurant was AMAZING. I loved Victorius restaurant. I ate there twice during my stay. Overall the stay was decent.

the air conditioning unit doesn’t really work it’s very hot in the rooms.

The good: Bed was pretty comfy, room was dark, there was a speaker inside the exhaust in the bathroom which we really loved. It was quiet, couldn’t hear much outside of our room despite being next to the elevator. The valet was great and fast getting the car when we needed it. I give it a solid 3 out of 5. It wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best but for the price and convenience I’d probably stay again.

Clean room, great staff

The rooms do not have ice bins, microwave or mini refrigerators. The latter two is ok but not having ice buckets? C'mon man.

I ENJOYED MY STAY. THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME

From check in to check out. Horrible!!! Don’t stay unless you wanna have rats run across your foot while standing in the fronts waiting for your car, have the shower curtain rod fall on you while showering, pay 45$ for parking a night, room smelled really bad cigarettes, curtains did not close, people ( not guest) hanging in the front and all around the hotel. If we didn’t have a 4 hour drive back home. I would have left the moment o got there. Disgusted!!!

It was nice

Staff forgot to tell guests they were having hot water issues and secondly, there was a loud vibrating rumbling for hours at night. Couldn't sleep. Nobody knows what it was. Over all it was ok and a good location. Nice restaurant on site

The person at the front desk was rude to me and her coworkers.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel where it rook the water a while to heat up. I would let the water run for a while and even then, the water was lukewarm when turned fully on hot. The location was convenient for graduation, but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. No parking, valet only. It does take valet a while to bring tour vehicle after requested, so be prepared to wait 20+ minutes. Valet is $45 per night. I booked a King suite and the room was not throughly cleaned because we found trash under our sofa. The sofa also reeked of urine or smoke. I enjoy booking hotels with restaurants and/or bars, but this was my first time booking a hotel with this amenity and did not make use of it. We seen housekeeping on our floor during our two-day stay, but they did not come in our room to restock anything. We always had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and wash cloths.

Top notch services and room clean.

(1) They over-scented the rooms! I think it’s to cover up the cigarette smell. After waking up the first morning with an itchy throat because of the cigarette smell, I called the front desk person to be switched to a different room. She gave me attitude problems and kept questioning why I didn’t ask to be switched as soon as we went into the room the night before. We checked in late at night, and I thought I was just being too sensitive! She was very rude when I explained the situation by responding “uh huh” x5. Do you think I take joy in packing and unpacking again?!? The second room still smelled like strong cologne and cigarettes. My guess is that these hotel rooms used to be smoking rooms, and they’ve turned them into smoke-free rooms. (2) As mentioned above, the service has been horrible. Not even a single apology for the inconvenience. (3) The first hotel room they gave us had a window AC unit. What century do we live in that a hotel room still has a window AC unit? (4) The room needs more lighting. It’s too dim. (5) A lot of homeless people around the hotel. Pro: (1) Thick and good quality towels. (2) the room is huge.

At 3:50 pm the room had not been cleaned the restaurant floor was dirty the glass shelves in the restaurant one could write their name wit the amount of of dust on it. Plus the restaurant floor is not open on Monday. There is access to a computer security is questionable as numerous times no one is at the front desk. The elevator is easily accessed as u don’t need a card

Great for a 2 night stay in the heart of Baltimore

The front desk staff was mostly unhelpful, and also quite rude. We asked for our room to be cleaned/serviced the first full day and it never was, so we asked for extra towels, one for each person in the room, to which we were told "I can't get you that many towels" in a rude tone. We asked for the room to be serviced again on the second day (because it hadn't been the first), and when we arrived back from a planned day in DC, our dirty towels and full (tiny) trash/recycling were still in the room. Upon checkout, we were told that we had to request housekeeping, and when we alerted the manager that was helping us, he sort of apologized, but not really. The front desk staff upon our checkout was delightful, and helped us when we accidentally put the room charge on the wrong card, so nothing against her or our servers! Hotel room was fine, but be warned if you are on the front of the property you WILL hear sirens whenever they go by.
