Parking sucks

Convenient and clean. Good value. Coffee was good; it was a medium roast from Costa Coffee. The gym was good too!

Staff was helpful and accommodating. One of our beds was not clean and had stains on the sheet and they came up right away and changed it with clean sheets.

The night managers are good. Patient and helpful It is no soap not even a small soap for hand wash in the bathroom table they did not clean my room for three days. I stayed for three days. The management is so rude that they put notice on the bathroom table that they do not clean the bed for seven days. We need any linen we need to go and ask him for the line. For my surprise, I found one female underwear and in the closet

The location, the hotel is neat and has food, restaurants areas, and transportation was easy with bus, trains and carbs Nothing so far

I loved the price Didn't like the location. I don't like that area in Baltimore and I really don't like the public parking lot across the street

The bad: -Room was dusty and not very clean. The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there. -The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. It was impossible to watch TV while having a meal. I get it's not the Four Seasons, but the layout had zero concern for guest comfort. -The tv service is outdated, for even a 3 star hotel, a smart tv with access to Netflix, etc is prety standard. Luckily I had my laptop for entertainment. -The window literally opened to a brick wall. Again, not expecting much for about 100 a night, but this was laughable. -(minor)the "lending locker"was a joke and entirely empty. --(minor)i had to ask for a key to the pantry area from the front desk, rather than have my room key work.

Clean and updated but still a bit old feeling. Renovations need to be more modern.
