Staff was really helpful and polite. Very responsive when we locked ourselves out leaving the card inside. We loved the location of the Hostal House and the facilities it offerred - very hospitable during our stay. Coffee was great! Thank you!

The room is renovated and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a small kitchen on the main floor where there are breakfast items such as toast with butter and jam, cheese, pre-wrapped pastries and coffee. At the back of the building there are a couple of patio areas. There are lockers for luggage storage and a small elevator. The room has a TV and the Internet seems good. There are shelving and hooks in the bathroom. The closest metro stop is Mercat Nou. The room, bathroom and balcony are very small so if my husband and I were both moving around the room we would run into each other. Both barely fit on the balcony. It's a tiny space.

All good, only we couldn't close our locker. But it's nice that there is a possibility of luggage storage after check out.

It is well located, clean, has friendly staff, and has easy access. Bit smaller room and the bath was also smaller, the hot water was not as hot:) and it took quite some time till it came.

Friendly staff, big room with additional space bed and terrace. Communal kitchen with everything you might need. Lots of information for travelers. Be careful not to leave food out in the room, because there might be ants. The door of the terrace did not lock, but blinds come down, so that was ok. There are lockers to store your bag after checkout, but a lot of them just don’t lock.

The hotel room exceeded expectations, being very spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The bathroom was large and well-maintained, and the room featured two outdoor spaces—a balcony and a patio—both furnished with tables, making them perfect for enjoying breakfast while taking in a lovely view from the patio. A standout feature was the downstairs kitchen, where guests could help themselves to free coffee, tea, and pastries, a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The check-in process was available 24/7, and although we only met the receptionist at check-in, the rest of the process was handled automatically, ensuring a seamless experience. The receptionist, while unable to speak English, was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for train travelers, just a 10-minute walk from the station. Multiple bus stops less than five minutes away made accessing the city center more convenient, and the hotel felt secure with the front gate locked during late-night hours. Overall, this hotel offered a pleasant stay with spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and good value for the money. While the location and some minor inconveniences may not suit every traveler, it remains a solid choice for those prioritizing comfort and accessibility to transport options. While the room was spacious, the hotel’s location was not ideal for those wanting immediate access to the city center. Reaching the main attractions required a 20 - 30 minute ride by metro or bus, and the nearest metro station was over a 10-minute walk away, making buses the better option. The elevator was quite small, accommodating only two people at a time, which could be inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage. For late-night airport travel, the night airport transport bus was not the safest option, even though the bus stop was just a five-minute walk away. The route to the stop involved walking through dark, narrow alleys that felt unsafe at night.
