Good location, a room with terrace and air con. Staff was sluggish. NO fridge option whatsoever, not even in the common areas. Has to be improved. No fridge in Spain is like no kettle in UK lol

Nothing The bedroom “furniture” was sub standard Most shameful was value for money: it was way over priced . Also the entire walls, floors, and bathroom are require fresh paint and grouting.

Staff was really nice, lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed us on map where to go eat great food, for good money and where is really expensive food and not that good. She explained which metro line take to get to Sagrada Família. The room was really nice and clean too. TV was working and there’s Wifi.

Lovely little bathroom with good shower. I arrived after reception closed, but was given detailed instructions to get into my room, which were very easy. I liked the coffee making facilities in reception. Nice clean and modern place to stay. I thought the single room needed a bit more furniture. say a small desk, as it looked bare.

Great price for Barcelona, the staff were awesome very friendly and great advice on where to go and what to do. The room was very clean and comfortable. Go across the road to get some Peruvian food well worth it. The A/C unit was very noisy that is all good location close to trains and busses.

Great location. Very clean. Comfy bed. Good place to crash for a night before an early flight There was miscommunication about leaving bags at the reception desk for early arrival. The front desk guy was a jerk saying "we didn't pay for access til after 10am". Huh? Then when we left this morning at 4:45am there was some random guy sleeping on the couch in the lobby. I wonder if he "paid for access ". As nice as the room was. Management is terrible. Probably won't return
