Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bartender Pedro went very nice and helpful in choosing a restaurant close by. The train station is very close, about a 5-20 minute walk with luggage.

Breakfast was very good one of the reception staff was very nice. unfortunately I did not get her name price instructions on how to get from train to hotel instructions on how to take hop on hop off bus etc in summary more instructions for tourist

Location was very good by the train station. A/C in my room didn’t work. Staff was pleasant and moved me to another room.

Poor breakfast, no generator during power outage and hot to cold to hot water during shower.

The only clear negative was the lack of consistent water temperature in the showers. Even a quick 5 minute shower couldn't hold a consistent temp with wild fluctuations from ice cold to scalding hot.

Areas in the bathroom in particular are starting to show wear and tear. Around baseboards in toilet in particular.

The property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the accommodations were very comfortable. The surrounding area was under lots in construction, but that can’t really be helped and eventually it will be done.

- The main reason for choosing this hotel from others near the train station was the style (others want colours, I don’t) and spacious rooms, which didn’t disappoint (Standard Plus Room is 25m2). Don’t like the layout of WC, shower and sink all being separate, but maybe it’s a Spanish thing (2nd hotel like this here). - Room temperature was pleasant for January 2026 - didn’t have to use A/C as a heater - I was a bit worried about this area of Barcelona, but just few steps down (opposite from the direction to the centre) there are beautiful vibrant tiny streets with plenty of nice restaurants - Reasonable mini bar prices (soft drink Eur2,5), but more options and more complementary water would be appreciated. - Read others reviews about breakfast - I wouldn’t choose this hotel if I wanted breakfast - It is on the "wrong" side of the train station. If you travel to the airport or with inter-city trains, you will have to keep walking around / through. There is a nice hotel right on top of the train station if that's the reason you're thinking of this one. - Good sound isolation from the outside street, but you can hear everything in the corridor and the doors banging are too much. - It’s stated that it has a desk, but there is not enough space next to kitchenette and no office chair. Small raised coffee table was available instead. - Only Nespresso coffee option is annoying - No tissues in the room - No bathrobe - WiFi too slow - No toilet brush - why make cleaners life miserable? - Had someone (some inspector) barge in my room while I was still there few times in the morning - not cool.

Avelina was amazing! She was doing everything from checking us in, making taxi reservations for us, to bringing a fan in our room. AC wasn’t cool enough for us but Avelina made sure we were comfortable. She offered to move us to another room but we didn’t want to move all our belongings. We commend Avelina for excellent customer service! AC wasn’t cool enough and bathroom shower floor had black marks everywhere. It didn’t make sense because the rest of the room and the hotel itself look new. The floor definitely needs to be replaced. And also, the toilet door knob is hard to grip because it is so tiny.

Washroom layout is the most pathetic I’ve ever seen

Very close to train station The room facing the road was noise . All through night there is traffic and people in that road making it noisy
