Location, size, fully modern, great kitchen, full appliances , a modern unit .

the room temperature wasnt really cool - last night of my stay was quite disturbed as AC dint work properly.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. - There was a bad smell most of the time - Two single beds are not that comfortable for a couple - The price could be lower

Everything was perfect. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of space. We had one issue with the toilet downstairs and maintenance was there within 5 minutes and had it fixed. Place was spotless when we checked in. Perfect location and very quiet. Would definitely stay again. N/A

Location My wife, my brother, my son, and I stayed there, a total of four. I think the cleanliness was mediocre, and the room was small. The location is very good. Around 10 PM, the hotel called us via both WhatsApp and phone, warning us that we were making too much noise. However, we were just chatting and definitely didn't make any noise that warranted a warning. Overall, it definitely doesn't deserve an 8.8 rating. Don't raise your expectations.

Very clean, well equipped and very nice service representative. One bedroom window was facing the street, and in weekend there is a alot of noise .

Great, easy communication via WhatsApp with the caretakers of the unit prior and during our stay. Check in involved getting codes for main door and apartment door. Nice kitchen, bathroom, TV and chairs/tables. Balcony overlooking street. Elevator was awesome. Both my husband and I agreed the mattresses were too hard/stiff.

Close to the train station and metro. Good size apartment with washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom arrangement is a bit strange, 1 double bedroom downstairs with no air cond, 1 double bedroom 1 single bedroom upstairs connected by a very small spiral stair unit. It would be tough for older people to go up. Bedroom downstairs is next to street and subject to street noise from a fairly busy foot traffic through out the night and also bar noise till early hours in the morning.

It's a good place to stay, good location, the terrace is perfect to have a coffee in the morning and the apartment has all the amenities to spend a few days in Barcelona. It is quite big, would be better to be more specific on the stairs that are in the flat for elderly or people with reduce mobility. The app code to open the door might seem a good idea ut if you're a tourist and are older it's harder to get the grasp of it. Also if you don't have internet or lose a phone, you get locked out, but fortunately this didn't happen.

The space, the full washer and dryer, the manual about operating everything, the WiFi worked great. The fact that they sent the instructions to get in an email before I arrived as I had no internet when I arrived. I paid for my internet service at home to follow me but it did not. The bed was was comfortable. The place looked clean though a few walls need a new coat of paint. It’s very dark and dilapidated when you enter the building as you can’t see the light panel to turn on, the floors look worn and the hall lights after the elevator do not light up automatically.

Being close to all shops, cafes, and stations.

Location is great. Close to train station, metro and lot of restaurants. Little noisy at night, but with windows & doors closed it is fine.

A great place to stay close to the train station. Clean, comfortable, nice area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay. Good value for the money!

It’s a great location close to Barcelona Sants. The duplex is big enough and with all the facilities. We loved it! Probably if you need parking

Close to the train station, enough space, dishwasher, garden Could be a little bit cleaner (cockroach). Also more towels could be helpful

Mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking.

Plenty of space. Nice backyard though we didn’t use it. Ease of entry with a code instead of a key. Appreciated having washer and dryer with detergent inside the apartment. Had 2 showers in the apartment and both worked well. Dryer did not work. Limited local TV channels so bring your streaming subscription codes. No usb ports.
