Check-in was slower than expected, especially since we had already completed the online check-in process.

Easy location to explore the city and then travel on to other destination in Spain. Not in an easy walking area of the city but again, convenient for easy metro rides anywhere.

The contemporary design and the convenient location for the train and to the 360 and the museums!! It’s still in the construction process; lots of people around…

Perfectly situated at the train station. Easy to get anywhere in Barcelona. The staff was great. The space theme is fun. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite. It was extremely comfortable with wonderful amenities. The bathtub was spa-like as we the robe and slippers. The black out shades went up and down with the press of a button. Highly recommend.

There is some construction going on in the area. During the night, many homeless hang out nearby. But it’s somewhat expected due to proximity of the rail station.

Location for train and bus travel is great I found big insects in my room - also I think price is a bit high.

Under the building you can find barcelona station. You can go anywhere. Breakfast is really good. I loved everything.

The way all the staff went above and beyond to help me check in with my ill uncle. Alvaro and the porter helped with an accessible room, wheelchair, and took our luggage to our room. Thanks!!! The room was too warm for my liking and didn't get cold for a while.
