Clean and modern rooms. Comfy beds. Close to different means of transportation but also in walking distance to some of the main sights. Good and diverse breakfast. Great noise insulation. There was no ventilation in the bathroom or it didn’t work.

The hotel was nice, air conditioning was not good. My friend's backpack was stolen out of the lobby. They need a security system in place to protect people. The air conditioning was not good.

Comfy beds, lovely pool and bar. Great food. Amazing location and close to airport buses which are very regular. Coffee wasn't great. Only one bottle of water on the first day, none afterwards. In theory I'd be better off booking individual days and checking out each day to get more water which is counterintuitive. Cleaners also came in despite the do not disturb sign being on the door. Messaged ahead for early check-in and was told this might be available. Entered room at 15:08. Not ideal, especially when there were so many rooms in the hotel, it would've been nice for this to be accommodated. There was also a symbol of 'free airport dropoff' on the booking.com website which turned out not to be the case. However, I think this was a problem with booking and not the hotel, but was still frustrating.

We stayed one night due to a concert in Montjuic, which we walked to. We stayed some years ago for a few days, and I recall it as very comfortable. The quality is high, no noise at all despite work in Plaza de Espanya. Breakfast is plenty, delicious. The price for one night was expensive; I'd return though given its quality.
