All good, amazing location. Nice staff and helpful. Clean hotel. Cool interior design Everything was amazing at this hotel—great facilities, comfortable stay, and overall a very pleasant experience—until the checkout process completely ruined it. During check-in, there was only one person at reception at a busy time, and I had to wait around 15 minutes just to start the process. I was asked to pay a €50 security deposit, which I did by credit card. The real issue happened during checkout. The receptionist couldn’t find any proof of my deposit to process the refund and called his manager—a blonde, pale lady—who was on her break. Instead of assisting, she simply asked me to wait another 15 minutes, after I had already wasted about 12 minutes dealing with the situation. Meanwhile, my Uber had arrived, and I was on a tight schedule to catch a flight. What was most frustrating is that she was aware of the situation, listening from the downstairs break area, yet made no effort to step in or help. Only after I went down myself and insisted—clearly stressed about missing my flight—did she come and resolve the issue. Ironically, it took her no more than 2 minutes to fix everything and refund my money. It’s unacceptable that a situation that could be solved so quickly was allowed to drag on for over 20 minutes, especially with zero sense of urgency or responsibility from management. Very disappointing end to what could have been a perfect stay.

The first Front desk staff was great, very welcoming. My room was very clean, and furnishings were lovely After i checked in, i was washing my face when a maid without warning barged in to replace a light bulb! I have worked at a hotel before and you never enter a guest’s room without knocking and announcing yourself. Secondly, late in the evening and the next morning there was no hot water! So i took a lukewarm shower. When i told the front desk of this problem, he deferred and told me i needed to write an email to the hotel.

Clean, close to every landmark and restaurants. Extremely walkable. Beautiful lobby & suites, it's chic and small.

We liked how cute it was! We didn’t like how there was no privacy with the toilet and shower. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have a door on the shower. We take hot showers so our entire room would become humid. The mirror in the room reflects into the bathroom which makes the privacy even less.

I loved how the property looked both inside and outside. The staff overall were very nice and welcoming. My room was nice, spacious, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The breakfast offered downstairs was the really good and the location of the property was pretty good too. Room service hours were listed at 1 pm to 9:30 pm. I called at just before 9:20 to try to make an order and they told me they couldn’t because it was too late and the kitchen downstairs was closed? In that case why not just have the hours on the room service menu say from 1 to 9 or 9:15 pm instead? That would make the most sense right since you guys wouldn’t do it at 9:20.. sorry but that really irked me that night, it didn’t make any sense at all since the hours listed showed room service available until 9:30... Also one of my welcome complimentary water bottles were already open when I first entered my room … luckily at checkout the staff at the desk waived the fee for the water bottles I took from the minibar as a result of this so thank you for that. But these just take a point or two off my rating, overall this was a good hotel choice.

Close to different attractions, restaurants, markets. The hotel stuff is great.
-
Near the train station, clean, accommodating staff, great little coffee shop around the corner.

The location was incredibly convenient right by a metro station and an easy walk to many attractions. The room was very clean and luxurious. The room was a little tight with 3 beds in it but we were grateful the hotel was able to add the third bed for us.

Very elegant hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptionally good.

No private parking, had to go to the public parking across the street under a mall. Witnessed a pickpocketing in the elevator of the mall, so be careful of your belongings.

The biggest positive of this hotel is its location to several good places to eat, Starbucks and a useful convenience store right outside the front door to the hotel. I have no complaints about this hotel.
