Modern comfortable hotel reasonably close to the Placa Espanya Metro station - a good choice for a short stay in Barcelona. Not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

You can hear your neighbors because of the thin walls.

Nothing to complain about, really: what you see in the pictures is what you get. Easy access to metro/busses. It takes 5 minutes to get to/from the Aerobus, it is very convenient if you arrive in Barcelona by plane. I stayed at the hotel in November, 2025. At this time the room service was externalised. My experience with the externalised room service was very bad: after two hours the food was still not delivered. Nobody was answering my phone calls and the website was down. I ended up cancelling the order by mail. My advice: if the room service is not provided by the hotel, don't bother ordering.

Good stuff good breakfast No think

The hotel is up to standard in many ways. Just 1 thing bothered me. The water from the floor above me could be heard through the shafts, echoing in my room and waking me whenever water was used--from the shower to the sink to the toilet. I told reception about it and they said it really was like that.

Hotel location is near the old feria and arena shopping center, in a quite avenue, staff very kind. Rooms isolation is not very good, I was able to listen entries, exits and sometime loudly talks from near room. Hairs in the bathroom at arrival were not a great welcome but it may happen a mistake. Breakfast not very generous in terms of food assortment, but good and some fresh fruits were appreciable. Check in is very late and rooms availability denied regardless of a early arrival announced. Room is small and wardrobe minimal even in double room single use.

We left the room in the morning hours to find a coffee/pastry shop. There were many homeless along the streets. Most of the shops around the hotel were out of business. We stopped at a store and were strongly cautioned to guard our valuables because of the homeless. The location. I had read reviews and they said the place was safe and central to all attractions. It was not safe and was not close to anything.

The ceiling of my room had traces of mold. You could smell mold when you entered the room.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff amazing. The room and bathroom were quite large. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. There was a nice long desk along the wall with lots of plugs. Very comfortable. Well worth the price. Nothing
