Room comfort overall. The AC system is working well. Location is close to a good mall and restaurants. Easy access to Cleveland Downtown. Free Parking was the most important decision factor. Breakfast, the restaurant was way too small for the number of guests. Too chaotic to find a spot to sit, for example.

Rooms are comfy and clean and beds are comfy; Staff are very friendly and trying their best to accommodate the requests, they were really sad to tell me that my room type is sold out and tried their best to help out Breakfast variety is very limited and breakfast area is tiny.

Rooms are comfy and clean and beds are comfy; Staff are very friendly and trying their best to accommodate the requests, they were really sad to tell me that my room type is sold out and tried their best to help out I booked a studio suite twin bed and sofa bed for a family of 5 adults and 1 child. I arrived to the hotel at 2:00 pm which is before the check-in time and I was told that the room type I booked was sold out and instead they provided a king bed with a sofa bed and that's the only available room. My husband had to sleep on the floor because there no even space for an extra bed in that type of rooms. Breakfast area is tiny, cannot accommodate everyone in the hotel; it's in the lobby area; and very limited variety of food.
