Very friendly especially the cleaning staff

The Hotel had some mildew, which caused some issues with my allergies.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable. The rooms were well put together and comfortable for our stay. We would definitely stay again!!!

Katina, the manager was a hoot and provided service above and beyond! The hotel is close to the airport, in a good location with lots of bars and restaurants at a 10-min walk away. Check-in was smooth and all the staff I interacted with (bar, cleaning staff, front desk) was super friendly - proper Texas style! N/A

Great place. Clean, great beds, great parking.

Honestly, the physical layout of the bldg was odd at best and can be confusing. I was in rm 267 at the end of the "V" configured bldg which had me walking entire length of bldg to get to the lobby.

However I had something very valuable stolen from my room so that was disappointing. All in all it was okay

Very clean and comfortable The shower didn’t work very well and was very loud. Would suggest changing the shower heads for a more comfortable shower

The staff was fantastic! I will never stay at another hotel in the DFW area again. I’m sold on this one. The male front desk attendant was so so kind and helpful. Staff was always readily available. 10/10 every. single. time. I loved it enough I signed up for the rewards program because I can’t see reason to stay anywhere else. Though, my TV didn’t work, but honestly, the staff was so amazing I didn’t even care.

Staff was okay. Not overly friendly but okay. There are containers all over the lot- maybe remodeling? Could not find parking. The elevator is not near the lobby.

Excellent accommodations - room was huge with a great moon- shaped loveseat and the weight room was awesome. Staff was fantastic. I’ll definitely stay there on my next trip to Bedford Nothing

The staff was welcoming and kind! All of the amenities were top of the line! The only thing upsetting is the lack of breakfast!
