    The kids upstairs stomped all day and night during my stay. Again, at checkout, the young lady asked why didn't I report it. I kindly informed her that no one came to the desk after ringing the bell. This happened to myself and two other patrons, minutes apart.

    I normally dont give reviews but this place just didnt give what theyre advertising. The whole place is ok. I accept that you get what you pay for but this place was just giving stingy vibes. I rented a 2 bedroom suite for 7 people, they only gave 6 towels. When we asked for more towels, they said they can give me only 2 more. We asked for extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch. The guy said he will check and get back to us but never did. They also have coin operated washer and dryer but dont have coins. You can pay through the app, but it will be .25 cents more than if you have quarters. We had to ask for toilet paper every day since they only give 2 small rolls per day. The pool looks nice and blue in pictures but in person, it looks more green. My kids complained they were itchy and never went back for the rest of our stay. Their carpets need to be changed because there is a smell in the hallway, elevator and some in the room. The beds were not comfortable and had some old stains on them as well. I dont expect much for the price but I do feel like towels, toilet paper, quarters, pillows are all bare minimum needs for your guests. We obviously visiting out of state so idk if they thought we wanted to steal them or something.

    I DID leave that night, drove 3 hours back home and then returned in the morning as I was beginning a new job. Went back to the hotel and low and behold their is one lady there who magically was able to find my room request and made it happen IMMEDIATELY. However, due to the original lady with piss poor customer service I lost 2 nights out of this stay. The first one and when I returned on Thursday she was there and I made the decision to leave after another exchange with her. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as I do not fund stupidity as the young lady that looked like she rolled out of bed

    Was initially given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When I pointed this out to the clerk on duty. Instead of apologizing, she walked off the job,quitting! I have never been given an uncleaned room to check into ever in my life. I’m done with this property.

    We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday and not once did housekeeping come to get trash, bring trash bags or towels and toilet paper I had to go get a roll for my self. I found a razor head on the floor in my kids room and our fireplace did not work at all. The couch arm had a massive rip and it just looked like it had been mauled by a dog. There was no soundproofing at all I was on the 3rd floor and could hear everything that was said by people in the pool and hallway.

    Nice large size room, variety for breakfast Dirty, mold in bathroom, tables in breakfast needed wiped bad, buffet had multiple spills, Cheerios in hall, toilet paper on floor in main lobby, no one doing maintenance cleaning.

    Water was spilled in front of the elevator entrance way, and the towels were horrible, they were not soft, and some were soiled. The noise level was bad from the highway and the pool water looked cloudy and not sanitized . The breakfast was not appealing, no water in the pictures, the orange juice wasn't cold and the staff wasn't friendly

    To start the property is grave need of major repair. On the surface that is visually everything looks nice, but if you looking beyond the surface you will see clearly all the things that aren’t in plain sight. The amount of money charged to book needs to be less until complete repair, renovations and upgrades are made. The first room I checked into had a moldy scent as if water damage was present, the second room the door wouldn’t shut on its on and had to be slammed in order to close properly, the bathroom shower you can’t take a decent shower due to all of the water accumulation and back up, the toilet pressure is almost non existing and worse of all was the bed linen wasn’t changed, was soiled with appeared to be lipstick stains, dirt and so residue. I requested to have my room switched a third time due to the inconvenience and ended up not due to being so tired and suffering with a migraine. I didn’t feel good to have to go all the way down stairs to then pack up all of our belongings to then move to another room that I could not guarantee that wouldn’t be the same if not in worse condition. In addition to this I was told that the room was scheduled for carpet cleaning and asked if that could be done. This by far was the worst experience that I have ever experienced from Hilton and I’m totally blown away especially being I expressed that I wasn’t feeling good , had a migraine and was tired and just wanted to sleep. Totally unacceptable after being charged such a high fee

    We were in town for a board game convention and needed a hotel close to the airport. This location was very close (10-14 min drive) and fit all our needs for our stay. The breakfast each morning was very good and the hotel itself was well maintained.

    The location was great. Breakfast was okay, I only had it once. The staff seemed friendly when you could find someone. I love the fact that when we needed an early check-in, they were able to accommodate When we got to our room, there was a strong smell of bug spray. We had three rooms, but only one smelled this way. The smell bothered me, but we got used to it. On the last day, there we were, headed out for an event, and my husband noticed a cockroach in the kitchen. Because we were in a rush and were running late, we killed it, threw away the food that was out, and left. Later that night, my daughter found a smaller one, we were checking out the next day, so that's when I let them know. No one was available at the desk, so I used the text function and replied to a message that had been sent to me earlier asking about our stay. The reply that I got was "I'm sorry to hear that. If you'd let us know, we would've tried to help make it better for you." I let him know that we were running late and didn't get back until late, and that we also saw a dead one on top of the fridge before we left, and the reply was "Sorry to hear that". I am going to assume this was a known issue for this room, as it reeked of bug spray, and the other two rooms didn't. I wish I had said something sooner, like when we first walked in, and I smelled the bug spray, but we had a long drive, they were able to let us check in early, and we were there for a quick turnaround trip, and everything was a rush the whole weekend. But the reply showed a lack of concern. To me, the room seemed pretty clean, because I do my own cleaning, and when I wiped things down, I didn't see much dirt on the cleaning towels. So I figured my spray was preventive, but now I know that there was an actual problem.

    As a solo traveller this has been my go-to for my last few trips to the Bedford area in DFW. Its in a good location, handy for a whole host of places to eat, right by the highway network and not too far from the airport. I stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite and the size is generous with everything you could need for a stay in the the room. The bed was very comfortable! I like having a suite as the bedroom/living areas are separate but there are other room types available. Theres a decent wee kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and coffee maker. The lounge area has a sofa, armchair and a dining table with chairs as well as a TV. Breakfast at the hotel covers a good selection each morning and i love that theres a small gym and an outdoor pool for guests use. I extended my stay by a couple of days and while my existing room was unavailable and i had to switch, the staff were great in facilitating this and only moved me next door to a queen suite making the transition easy.
