The blackout curtains did not blackout very well. The beer was 9 $ and we are in Iowa not Chicago. The worst part of my two day stay was the baseball families came on Saturday and took over the hotel. The kids were running around the hotel and playing on the terrace. I had nowhere to go to quietly have a beer. You just go back to your room. Travelers beware of baseball families coming to your hotel. It was like a bad movie and the staff did nothing.

Not sure what time the bar closed but would have been better if opened a little later, especially on the weekend.

We stayed here after having to leave the unsafe and dirty Ramada down the road. Wow a world of difference. So clean, safe and friendly staff!

Bed was old, cleaning smells, windows wouldn't open, pillows were old and too saggy.

The check-in system was down when I checked in, so I was unable to access my room for nearly half an hour. I found room cleaning to be done every other day, which left me in a bit of a pickle when the shower dispenser ran out on an off day, but I was able to get a bar of soap from Reception to tide me over.

Stayed just one night, 2 adults and 4 kids a basketball tournament and we have no complaints. The room was very spacious and modern.

Easy to access ~ modern & clean! The TV remote was not working & two employees had to figure it out & get us a new remote which I had to program with the TV! The shower was VERY slippery & I fell on my back, cut my toe & hurt my knees, foot & back. It needs to be changed with gripping strips added to the bottom of the shower. Remote didn’t work ~ SLIPPERY SHIOWER
