Room was non smoking but had been a smoking floor for twenty years. It stunk. Housekeeping never came, garbage piled up in the hallway and by the elevators. Disgusting. Always had to ask for coffee, towels, and such. Won't go back.

We stayed in the North tower and it was very nice/casino was fun/gym was nice/parking was very convenient.

Located close to great food places. Has smoking room. All staff I came across was nice and friendly. Check in was easy and fast. The toilet handle wasn't the best.

Close to our friend’s home Too confusing of where to check in and what entrance to take. For instance, our room was through south entrance but there was no sign visible outside saying which entrance was which!

Loved that they had food options right in the hotel. The walkway from the parking garage to the hotel was great as it was raining when we got in. The casino was great!
