The photos really speak for themselves… mold in fridge, hair all over floor when we first arrived, pool was absolutely disgusting looking as well as the hot tub being green. Staff seemed friendly at first until I said something about the mold and hair in our room or bed had hair all over in it too. Mold in the vents in the hallways. Wall paper peeling all over the rooms. Would never stay here again. Beds are very hard and poor quality pillows are flat as pancakes.

Unfortunately the heater in the room was ancient. When I turned it on it smelled horrible and brown flakes started blowing out. I get cold easily so I went downstairs to ask for an extra blanket, but the front desk told me the hotel supposedly doesn’t have any extra blankets. Soundproofing is also nonexistent. I could hear my neighbors talking as if they were in the room with me, and the noise from folks walking above me was awful. I did not use the pool myself but I heard folks chatting in the hallway describe it as “slimy.”

The room and main hotel were clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting. Cloudy water with bandaids, candy wrappers and other trash floating in it. The bottoms of both were gritty with who knows what.

    Very good

Our room was quiet, at the end of a hall and away from the pool. The person who checked us in was the manager or assistant manager and she was friendly and told us our room is one of her favorite rooms. We loved the lodge look of the lobby area and in our room. I was not impressed with the breakfast options. Seemed like not much selection and several items were not your regular breakfast foods, like they were from a different culture.

We liked the location!! Lobby staff are chilled! Rooms are clean, towels/bed had no stains. Fridge was empty and clean. 1st few thing I check in EVERY hotel! The room was a vibe.. It would of been nice having the jacuzzi actually work

The breakfast left alot to be desired,no butter or milk the first day and eggs and biscuit and sausage gravy was luke warm. Second morning we check to see if better opted not to eat that morning and went somewhere else. Went to look at pool we were going to go for a swim but water looked very cloudy,so skiped it.

I Loved this hotel for Myself and Kids. Only suggestion dont have lights in the pool at night outside. Maybe have other lights or bug lights outside to attract bugs away from pool. The outside pool was covered with bugs.
