Quality Inn Bloomington near University

Our one night stay here was good. Room was tidy and clean. Our balcony view of the river was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good for hotel food everything was warm but would have prefered hotter. Access to washer & dryer was very nice and machines worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, no elevator so keep it in mind as the hotel has 3 levels.

They didnt even apologize for the incovenience caused. On the other had they were extremely rude. That would be the last time I would stay in a Quality inn. The room was not safe, the electric plates were off the wall too. I dont know how the hotel passed any local inspection and follow any minimum standards.

The staff was accommodating, The breakfast was good, The room was comfortable There were painting the exterior of the build that was inconvenient. The room needed some work/repairs.

The lobby was hot at check in. Later it was a bit cooler. AC must have been on the fritz. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast also was spotty. One day, no coffee. Broken toaster. One day no cereal. One day only grape jelly for toast. Other visitors loved the waffles, eggs and biscuits and gravy, but SLSO missing one day. Every day, something was broken. Juice and coffee machine, toaster.

This is an Okay place to stay--the staff is friendly and eager to help. But the place is pretty old, and not soundproof at all. Even though it's a non-smoking place, there are cigarette butts and cans littered on the grass.

The curtains did not close the whole way to be closed. No elevator but said they did we needed assistance with getting to the 3rd floor. So after mentioning it to them they gave us a first floor room. Didn't look real clean in the room. They were doing maintenance to the property which should the attempt to improve.

Enjoyed the hot tub and the small balcony The pool was functioning and so was the hot tub the bubbles didn’t work and was really loud. The shower curtain in our bathroom was dirty and definitely needed replacing.

Our toilet didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, they ran out of hot breakfast at 7:30, the hot tub was broke and the pool was freezing cold

Could use more detail in cleaning rooms and hallways. Pool was very cold. Hot tub was fine. Breakfast was okay with variety. Overall it is a budget stay.

The hot tub jets need fixed because they dont work to make the jacuzzi a jacuzzi, an the vending machine prices are too expensive plus could use a lil more variety of options

It was filthy , pool smelled and was black on the walls, the comforter had burn marks from smokers, the bed sheets and pillow cases where dirty and used from previous occupants. The floors where not cleaned or vacuumed, there were no face clothes there was hair on the toilet and in the shower. The water in the shower was luke warm. TV did not work

Stayed for graduation night but only out of necessity. Wouldn’t recommend unless you need to be there! Staff was great, breakfast was fine but very very tired property. Also mattress was saggy and bed squeaky :(

The rooms were so gross my daughters refused to stay there.

The rooms smell to much of cigarette

Building is old, some kind of odor throughout since none of the rooms have windows, not the cleanest, had an issue with initial room stinking but staff handled it well and moved my room. Overall decent experience, would come again if other better options weren’t readily available.

Nothing The floors in my room were dirty. Food stuck to the floor. Hair balls around the bee.

breakfast was fine I was charged for two rooms. I only needed one. I only booked one room. I feel I was victimized by fraud. please refund the money you owe me. I'm sure this was not purposeful on your part, just a computer glitch. please respond to me. Walter Block [email protected], 425 246 0517
