Ice machine and elevators are a long walk from the lobby. Room was very dark even with all the lamps on. Hardly slept at all because the door that gives the option to connect two rooms together was not at all sound proof, and there was noise coming through it all night from the people next door, loud music, yelling, TV, etc., and the door would rattle every time they went in and out of their room and there was light coming under the door from their room.

Great location No breakfast or coffee except for very expensive orders. Marriott usually has wonderful buffet and complimentary coffee. Poor facility for travelers who need to get on the road. Marriott should do better

The room was old and dark and needs to be updated and the beds were so uncomfortable!! It was a work trip so I stuck with it. However, I would not stay there again.

We really enjoyed this hotel but we were unable to get breakfast because an entire soccer team reserved the space and there was a sign that it was for them only. I wouldn’t normally mind but the bistro prices were pretty high. Since this only happened once I will leave my review 5 stars but I hope it is not like this next year or we will consider staying elsewhere. At the very least, the hotel should tell us upfront so that we can make accommodations ahead of time.

The room is nice and spacious, however the lighting is very dim, which is frustrating. No long view mirrors, which makes difficult for my wife.

Clean. Easy to get around. Has a pool Random people walking around and in cars at late hours of the night

They charged me $10 to park in their lot,, it wasn't a garage it was a motel parking lot. This additional charge was not listed.

Everything was perfect. Staff even let me extend my check out time w little to no notice. Very friendly staff

Our room was nice, clean and with plenty of room. Staff was courteous and friendly. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to the Cincinnati area.

We booked specifically for the indoor pool. Once we arrived we were notified that the pool was out of service. We were not able to cancel and get a refund. The other problem was a lady in the next room having sex loudly from around 9:00 pm until we checked out at 8:30 am the next day. We had children with us asking why the lady was crying, moaning and screaming.

The rooms have been remodeled and are nice. The property is in an industrial park so not a lot of walkable food options.
