Absolutely nothing about this place we like. Rude front desk staff. Loud noise all night long from upstairs and left right.absolutely nightmare.

It was close to everything that I wanted to visit in Cleveland made that very convenient I had to wait for my room

I had my reservation cancelled by 9PM, by phone when I was on my way to the hotel, even after I sent a message by 6PM requesting the check in to be between 10 and 11PM and it was accepted. The same happened to three of my friends: when they showed up for check-in they were informed that the reservation was cancelled. They had kids with them!

Location and value

The only good thing was the location to Progressive Field. Upon checking in the girl with tattoos down both arms(don’t have a problem with that, just don’t know her name), but she says ‘double rooms are sold out so you’ll have to take 2 single rooms next to each other’. I asked her how that could be possible when my reservation says I have a double room? She was very rude and wouldn’t acknowledge the question and just repeated that the double rooms are sold out. I stayed with my daughter and my husband stayed with our son; but ridiculous since that’s not what our reservation says. The refrigerator was dirty and has stains all over it, the lamp shades are all stained on the inside, the air conditioner just blew out regular air no matter how cold you put the temperature to and the bathroom has only a fan/light combo, which is more of just an annoyance. The first morning when we came down for breakfast was the final straw for this place; it literally advertises ‘free breakfast provided’ ..purposely misleading the public is wrong. Their breakfast bar was a joke and even the guy working the desk that morning laughed when we asked where the breakfast was….it was literally a small table at the entrance of the hotel that had granola bars and processed muffins in a bag; he told us if we wanted a real breakfast that there was a Cracker Barrel across the road.

Convenient location, reasonable price. The grab and go breakfast. Not much shouldn't advertise breakfast.

Got there and they canceled my room because someone else decided to stay

It is in a good localization with a good Starbucks close- but I’ll never stay in this place again! It is sooooooo disgusting! Smells horrible! Everything is tooo old - the carpets on the hall smell horrible! The pillows, the bad - EVERYTHING! The should shoot down this place and remodeling- I really don’t know how it is open! I’ve been in hotels around the country - in small cities- and this is just not acceptable!

Floor was dusty and bed was dirty night lamp was on bed bath room was not clean towel was not changed .

The Booked the room out from under me and notified the the day of my check in even though I booked the room 3 months in advance.

I wouldn’t know what to like or not to like about this place considering a few hours before my check-in they canceled my booking that I had booked a month in advance. If I’m ever in the Cleveland area again I will never book with this hotel again. I’m still waiting to see if I get my refund from this place.

I booked this room over a month before my stay. They canceled my reservation the day of!!!! They said they overbooked. I never received a refund!

Trash breakfast. And ur midnight shift suck and was very rude to my family when they ask about a ice machine.. and no one is never at the desk. Midnight shift must of been sleep didn't puck up phone or come to the desk after 12 am .. the person that checked us in was very nice tho.. his name is Christen. I think. . Put it in the wrong section
