Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cleveland Tiedeman Road

The dining area was clean and well organized, and the breakfast selection was good. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the money, and we would be happy to stay here again.

The bathroom accommodations were excellent. The room was small but comfortable. The house keeping was excellent. The front desk employees were polite and helpful. I am an amputee and requestion for a handicap chair was great. They had one in my room within minutes. Overall, all it met my expectations. I will stay again when I visit my granddaughters again. I did not like the fact that someone in the parking lot threw a lot of trash on the ground. It was disgusting. When I address it at the front desk. They immediately sent maintenance to clean it up. That was awesome. I like cleanness. :) good job.

Great hotel! Very clean and good smelling room. Super friendly staff at check in. Room was comfortable. Only thing I would say is that this hotel borders a railroad track that is pretty busy, so if you’re not a heavy sleeper like I am, something to take note of.

Everything was great. The only comments I have is that your toilet paper holders are useless. You’d have better just using a shelf.

The only minor issue was there are train tracks that are very active behind the hotel, they do have complimentary ear plugs at the desk. I’m a light sleeper and it did not bother me too much. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. This is my favorite hotel brand!

Good stay and hospitality

I liked that it wasn’t too busy. It was really tidy upon arrival. I did not like I was placed in a handicapped room.

The train noise is CRAZY loud through the night. Even with very good ear plugs I was woken up several times.

We were unable to enjoy breakfast due to the fire alarms going off. The situation caused some concern, so we gathered our belongings and left.

Everything was very good, location, comfort, breakfast, staff, etc.

Everything was great except there was no sanitizer in two dispensers in the lobby area

Great breakfast

Location was a 20 minute drive to Lutheran Hospital. Hotel has Onsite parking. Didn’t have to worry about parking garage parking and the added cost. The hotel and the room were very clean and modern. Furniture and bedding was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Was so happy with the stay compared to other hotels in Cleveland I rebooked here again when had to come back for another medical procedure. No complaints.

I loved how clean it was in all areas of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food is very good as well. A lot of positives. There is a railroad train that runs along the property which is very loud. It makes it difficult to sleep which is mainly why we were there for our stay.
