Pool is closed and not on hotels.com website when I booked!! So we left a day early! With no refund!!

The room was clean, however the mattress was not comfortable. We could feel some of the springs. It was also incredibly noisy as it was right next to the interstate. This alone made it hard to fall asleep.

The first thing we noticed was a bad smell. You could tell they were trying to mask another smell with cleaning solutions. The pool was also closed but the property was advertised as having a pool. There were bugs in the bathroom.

Great place for the money. Comfort Suites is our traveling go to. This way was excellent, clean and great staff.

Room was nice and comfortable and quiet so we slept very well . Just one night but will stay again. We have stayed there several nights prior.

The room was fairly clean, but there were stains on the comforter that looked gross. There were some dead bugs in the room and hall, I killed a spider and another fairly large bug. Not the end of the world, but also not what I have come to expect at a hotel. The whole hotel, including my room, smelled of cheap cleaning detergent. I got used to it while there but every time I came and went you could smell it. The exercise equipment was average at best. One of the treadmills would almost stop when you ran on it (i'm 200 lbs). The staff was helpful and friendly and it was an okay stay, but I won't go back.

The guy working the desk at check-in was nice. However, there was a bug on the curtain in our room when we arrived. We were so tired that we just got rid of it and told the girl who was working the check-out desk in the morning. The elevator was working when we checked in, but was broken the next morning. Breakfast was just ok. We would probably not stay here again.

Staff was great. Bed was a little hard but decent. Breakfast had good options and was spacious. Pool is being repaired but didn't affect our stay as it was not something we wanted anyway. Area has great food options and was close to what we need. Second stay here and would stay again
