Very pleased with our weekend stay at Quality Inn.... Very nice...
-
Bathtub/shower in our 2 rooms, did not have slip strips in showers. Everybody had slipping issues. Very dangerous.
-
Great location and facility, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are dimly lit, bathroom needs brighter lighting.
-
Great place to stay, easy to find.

It was a good experience.

This property doesn't have an elevator! Here are the things that I found unacceptable: the tub was VERY slow draining, the shower head had one useful setting (pulsating), and the pillows were very small and didn't hold their shape at all. Overall the room was clean, the staff, for the little I interacted with them, was friendly, and it was quiet. After staying at this property for several years in a row, this will be my last time. : (

Great value, clean, staff helpful and friendly, so was the mgr.

Found ants in our bed. Staff quickly moved us to another room which had a hard time getting cool. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Location was good The room smelled. It was a non smoking property (which I liked) however guest were smoking right outside the door. I had to walk through the smoke to enter and exit. I am allergic to smoke. I came home with a sore throat and now I am sick. I intended to stay a few hours and do some work before going to the airport however your desk in the room didn’t have a chair?

Easy off/on from the interstate. Excellent breakfast. Close to restaurants. Very comfortable bed.

Front desk was nice and outgoing. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom super clean. The curtains in our room did not close at all. We had problems sleeping due to how bright it was in the room. I also had a migraine and was very unhappy with how I had NO darkness to help it go away..

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Nothing exceptional. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan and a brighter light.

1. After increasing nightly rates by a lot over Memorial Day weekend, their housekeeping staff cleaned our room exactly 0 times in 3 nights. We were told on night 3 that "they got busy" and couldn't get to it. 2. Present the exact same breakfast each morning, with absolutely no variation: Scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, etc. 3. Have in-room TVs that failed to work more than they worked. 4. Offer only shampoo and conditioner dispensers, but none for body wash. And then run out of shampoo on day 3. Find another place to bunk down for the night, fellow travelers!

didn't care for the breakfast, so much, but just because of our tastes. coffee was just ok no microwave in front Paper plates would be preferred over Styrofoam. coffee was not great no microwave in front Paper plates would be preferred over Styrofoam.

I paid just a few dollars more and got a room with a big jetted bathtub, which was really nice. That also guaranteed a room on the first floor. A second floor room here can be a pain if you have bigger luggage because there's no elevator. The staff is always friendly here. They have a decent basic hotel breakfast included for a few hours each morning. The room was clean, and everything seemed well-maintained in the room. There are plenty of restaurants and activities in the area. I was pretty surprised this past stay (and glad that my kids weren't with me on this trip) because the channel guide stops at 41, but as I was flipping through, there are several more channels, including a porn channel that wasn't blocked or restricted or pay per view, just flipping through and you go from Friends to that. For the first few seconds I thought it was just a terribly written and terribly acted soap opera...until the characters were suddenly naked and banging each other. That was a quite unpleasant surprise for me personally, but I'm sure it would be ideal for others. I think there should at least be some type of label or warning on those channels though since you have no idea who's going to be staying there. The surprise porn was my biggest gripe, but overall good place to stay.

Average breakfast. Unclear directions for location of refrigerated milk

Tried calling for over an hour while traveling- but the phone just rang. It was picked up once, so I know the number was correct, but I was hung up on shortly after so my question was never addressed. How could they possibly have been that busy from. 8-9 pm to not answer?

Good breakfast.

Good breakfast. Helpful staff. In need of repairs. A bit pricey for the condition of the building, but it was 500 trials weekend, so i guess that’s why. Hard to make a left turn onto the main riad.
