Very disrespectful the hold time

The mattress was horrible, you could feel the springs with every move. The pool water was green, very out and outdated hotel.

Paid online but got to the hotel and had to pay additional 50 dollars at check in and had to wait for the deposit to get back

There was a smell like mildew. The towels were old. They had been there awhile. There was a towel in the refrigerator. In the bathroom there were paper towels hanging from the ceiling.

Building old, paint peeling, holes in wall.

Rooms need updating and flooring replaced. We were only given 1/3 roll of toilet paper for our overnight stay and no kleenex at all.

Nothing Multiple rooms were without A/C including ours. Smells like dog, people who house clean needs to work on their expertise. My grandpas hotel reservation got cancelled for no reason and they had to pay double what it cost.

Breakfast was ok minor options, staff very nice, at least this property was not raising prices due to wild fire evacuees needing a safe place. Needed more options for breakfast, no elevator

The man upfront was very apologetic but it took two room switches and some cardio before getting settled in. First room beds were not made and the second room door battery was dead. The third room The refrigerator would not chill and soured the milk and the towels where more yellow stained than white. Definitely a budget hotel that could use some TLC and upgrades.
