Smelled stuffy, needed airing. Bathroom had to be cleaned again

The room was dirty and in disrepair. The $134 is overpriced for what you get. The walls and carpet were dirty, wall paper off the wall, broken lamps, electrical plugs that didn't hold the plug in place, the heating unit was coming out of the wall and a very cold draft came through making the room impossible to warm up regardless of how high the heat was set. There wasn't even a fire detector in the room, it had been taken out. I've stayed at 2 star hotels before and they were modest and clean, nothing like this!! Absolutely terrible. I wish I could post the pictures to show it.

Breakfast not offered during current renovations, wish that was disclosed upon booking. Shower/tun was not inviting at all. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night so we didnt ne we d it

Basic but clean, on time shuttle to airport

I’m still at a sports bar because there is not anyone working the front desk of the hotel. Lobby was completely empty…..not a human in site. Waited quite a while and had to get something to eat. Hopefully I can get in my room shortly.

Hole in wall in room. Stained carpet. Broken refrigerator and no continental breakfast as advertised.

Front desk lady was very very nice. However, the hotel smelled so bad and the room was pretty bad for 280$!!!!!! There was no closet, a dirty bathroom, sheets with hair on it, a random ironing board in the corner of the room and a misty couch. Do NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was pretty nice. No complimentary breakfast even though when I booked, it was supposed to come with my package. Bathroom had a bunch of cosmetic issues. After peeing, the toilet overflowed - everyday I was there. Stains on walls. Stains on counter in bathroom. Stains on chair. Stains on shower curtain. Dresser was broken. Just the rails to the drawer was showing but no drawer. No TV remote came in the room. Once they gave me a remote, the tv didn't work. Just sound - no picture. I asked for a new room and was declined and so l then asked for credit back given all these issues and was declined also.

The bedding was clean but I think the floors have not been cleaned since it was built. I called the front desk but they were out driving the shuttle to and from the airport. So no one could help me.

Hotel is near airport, however no breakfast and no room cleaning service. i was told that room cleaning is done once after 3 days only. Condition of hotel ia also rundown.

Filthy rooms, mold in the bathroom, television didn’t work

The hotel is “under renovation”. No heat, no extra blankets. The room was not clean and the dead bolt looked like it belonged on a change room door. People were smoking in the building. I found another hotel.

We were told on the phone before arriving we would have no issue getting into our hotel room early. Upon arrival that was not the case. The work staff were not very attentive. There was one young man who I fact went above and beyond. Room was not the cleanest.

The hotel was full of mold and they never cleaned my room once, had to beg for clean towels, was told they don't take out the trash that I had to. They bathroom you could not use. I asked the staff and no one helped.

The hotel was very run down. The room smelled like weed. The hotel manager is rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever with a hotel

Breakfast area was closed down in the carpet in room was filthy. Toilet was broken. Staff was kind and helpful, but there was no coffee available or water in the lobby.

Also, the room smelled of black mold.

This hotel was more like a motel. It was Falling apart. The shower tiles were cracked, the blow dryer mounted to the wall was broken and the outlets around it were cracked. The safe in the room also didn’t work.

Bed was comfortable The place wa not clean, the room had ripped carpet the shower / tub was disgusting ( tiles falling off, gaps in the tiles that were there, tub was dirty / stained, I refused to take a shower in the morning. Would not recommend this to anyone. Way over priced for the condition of the place ($238.00 per night) I just stayed in Saratoga the previous 3 nights and paid the same price for a lot cleaner / better condition hotel.
