Very old broken bathroom , carpets are old and not looking good overall. Some smell also comes from the room.

The staff were very helpful My room was infested with cockroaches. It took 12 days to get my money back

Property is not well maintained. Staff is horrible in terms of customer service. I raise a concern about tv is not working, after 2-3 hours I called reception desk there was a lady she said she don’t have time right now and there are 100 peoples sitting on reception and show very rude behavior. Later on I thought maybe there are peoples waiting at reception so I went there to pickup the stuff. And what I saw is there was no people waiting in lobby and she was freely talking with the colleagues. Such a pathetic customer like subarban has and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in such kind of hotel just because they are charging less amount than others.

Yes, running 2 hotels from one site is awful! I was sent to a room with a male occupant in bed! Being a senior/female, this was truly unacceptable. For $---+ this hotel was unacceptable on every level! Male occupants were roaming the hall constantly!

This property is old, word down, dirty, falling apart, just awful. The staff were fine and as helpful as they could be, but we had no pillows, and there were none available. Obviously people live in the hotel, and with paperthin walls, all conversations and fights could be heard. No such thing as a non smoking room, all stank of smoke, no lock on the back door of the property and so anyone could get in, paint peeling everywhere, just terrible. The high point was the friendly receptionist who also drove the shuttle in the morning.

There was only one person working. The ac was broken. The wifi wouldn’t connect. The one person working was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful.

This hotel is unlivable. There is black mold in the room and bathroom, there was not enough bedding, and the shower did not work at all. I tried to capture as much as I could in photos; the hotel is disgusting. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and I will try to work with the city of Buffalo to get an inspection.

Room was super tiny with little space to move around, smoke alarm was just wires hanging from the ceiling. Shower head sucked. Tub was rusty. Fan didn't work in bathroom, neither did the blow dryer

Rated 2.8*, but did not deserve 2*. Hotel has 2 distinct areas - short stretch for outsiders looked decent, another corridor for drug addicts sitting on the carpet in our way, and no-good bums. At midnight hotel manager was yelling with one customer

The people were very friendly and kind. I only have one complaint. There was no coffee in my room in morning.
