Everything was perfect but... to take a shuttle to airport early in morning costed $10.00 extra per person which we were not expecting

Everying was up to date. Everything was clean. The staff was very professional. The breakfast in the morning was great. N/A

Was a very clean hotel and everything was easy to access and super comfortable, thank you! Wasn't ready to leave when it was time , rare to find a comfortable bed in a hotel!

Could've been more to the Happy Hour. Little bitty discount and no snack. But everything else was great.

I loved my stay the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is top tier

excellent place to stay

The room was great and clean- beds were very comfortable. The breakfast experience really put a damper on our trip. Both mornings they ran an out of coffee- we waited 20 minutes both times for it to be replenished but had to leave. Also ran out of boiled eggs ( only gluten free item available to eat ) and now regular bread. We weren’t late for breakfast so having these items would be expected.

In vicinity of Amish, Rails to Trails bike trail and NFL hall of fame. Centrally located to restaurants and activities. Great Place!!!

Nice clean property! Definitely will stay at again

I reserved a double queen room but was told upon arrival that none were available and was given a king room instead, despite traveling with four people. The front desk clerk showed little empathy and suggested the issue was because only one guest was listed on the reservation. Additionally, the room had chipping paint or cracks near the ceiling. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Horrible staff

My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and opulent with a large shower area. I had a mini fridge, sofa, king size bed and large TV with cable. The breakfast included had a wide variety of hot and cold items and was constantly maintained I was very comfortable during my stay and would highly recommend the Hyatt for a great stay at a reasonable rate.

Good breakfast and room was clean and comfortable Access into the parking was a little difficult. Noise of traffic was very noticeable, but they did provide a noise making machine that helped

Exceptional

Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Room was spacious and clean.

The staff was exceptional. Some how Experien had me booked for 0ne night with two rooms but the staff worked it out with out costing me for the extra room. Not sure what happened but the property is top of the line when it comes to staff and cleanliness.

Spacious room, good breakfast Road traffic was loud at times. They did have a noise making machine in our room that helped some.

Amazing room and very clean

Clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet and private. Competitive pricing for the amenities and location, facilities were clean and operational. Upon check-in, the room key readers were down, and every employee was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were personally escorted to our room minutes before the system was up and running again. Great breakfast options (until 10am) and ample seating was a huge plus for both single and family guests With a double queen room and 5 occupants, 2 wall hooks in the bathroom wasn't enough. Would have loved to have a place to hang swimsuits and towels in the large tiled foyer after hitting the pool.
