Staybridge Suites Canton by IHG

The room was very clean, updated, everything worked, and we felt very safe there! The pool was FREEZING! We couldn’t stay in for more than a few minutes our teeth were chattering. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Sunday morning we went down around 9:25/9:30 for breakfast, and there was very little to choose from. The premade omelets were very dry and had a weird flavor to them, and both the light roast and dark roast coffee dispensers were completely empty. Breakfast still went on for a while afterwards so pretty disappointing they were all completely empty (other than the decaf but what’s the point of drinking coffee then lol). All of the trash cans in the breakfast area were absolutely jam packed as well where we couldn’t stay barely fit a plate in. Honestly the biggest disappointment was the breakfast experience the following morning. The pool was freezing, but the hot tub made up for it.

We stayed one night, the room was very nice and clean. The bed and sofa were so comfortable The breakfast was excellent, a lot of food options. The staff were all so friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Carpet was recently cleaned which was nice. We were put in a handicapped room which was not the issue, but the bathroom door kept closing itself and the inside handle was broken. Plug in the bathroom was loose and in need of repair and other plugs were also loose. One of the nightstand drawers would not stay shut.
