For being a sweet, the person that was using the sofa bed had to go get their own sheets and pillows and pillowcases. And the Keurig coffee only had one K cup, and there were four people as it said on the reservation kind of disappointed.
-
The room was big, well maintained and clean. The breakfast included was good kids loved the waffles. The negative The bed and pillows were very hard. Couldn't get comfortable

Later, the hotel located what they claimed was a comforter, but it turned out to be a mattress pad rather than proper bedding. Even the pillows on the king bed were unusually small and inadequate. The bathroom was stocked with only two towels despite the reservation clearly being for three guests. To make matters worse, there was excessive noise throughout our stay. Children were running up and down the hallways yelling and creating disturbances for long periods of time, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere was disruptive and far below what we expect from a hotel. The food was also very disappointing. The quality was poor, and it did not meet the standards we would expect for the price paid. Overall, the hotel failed to provide basic necessities for the number of guests in the room, including proper bedding, pillows, towels, and a reasonably quiet environment. This was a frustrating experience, and we would not stay here again.

This was an amazing hotel for the price booked during busiest time of year and was a wonderful surprise at the quality.

Thanks!

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was good. The bathroom could use more cleaning. There was mold underneath the built in soap holders.

Avoid this roach motel unless you have no other options

Convenient location for early flight, shuttle to the airport. Helpful, friendly staff

Daniel at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Early airport shuttle was great and the main reason we chose this hotel.

Trash in elevators and pool area cluttered with tools and materials for upgrades I'm assuming. Ladder leaning against wall just a few feet from the pool, which had no towels, was just asking for problems. Location is great though and maybe after everything is done it will be better.

The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). The next 2 nights the chlorine level was so high we couldn't stand to be in the water more than about 15-20 minutes because it burned our eyes so bad. The breakfast was okay, all processed food. The eggs, sausage, and ham were frozen patties that had been warmed. The first morning we came down at 7:45 and only one of our party made a waffle before it ran out of batter. The lady cleaned up the dispenser and put it away. When I asked about more waffles since breakfast was until 9:30 she said no more, try tomorrow. The next 2 days everyone made a waffle, I don't know why she didn't want to make more batter, I could see there was more but she just didn't want to make it that first morning. The pillows were tiny and thin. Overall I wouldn't stay here again, but at least it was clean!

Disliked: when we checked in there was a sign “pool closed”. We were staying two nights and didn’t pre pay. I asked about the pool closure and was told by the front desk that “it will reopen tomorrow”. It was later anyway so I went ahead and stayed instead of finding other accommodations. The pool did not re-open. Our room was strange. It was a king suite that was partially remodeled. The love seat (with three end piece cushions) was shoved on the side of the night stand that was not removed in the remodel. The night stand and the two headboards remained. Due to the positioning of the loveseat it was located about one foot from the fridge that opened out into the wall, not into the room. The table was shoved onto a corner. This resulted in a LOT of empty space. The king bedroom had a matching nightstand the same as to the one in the living room. The other night stand was an odd height mismatched nightstand. The hallway had an odd chemical/mold smell. When I notified the night manager (the same one who advised me the pool would be open) the room was jumbled together making it difficult to access the fridge and leaving a lot of empty space and the smell he replied that “the room is furnished like it was supposed to be, there was not odd smell in the second floor hallway and the contractors didn’t finish”. Zero empathy. I didn’t mention that the living room ac made a weird sound when running. DISPLEASED

The rooms smelled a bit and didn’t get any room service daily

Our check in was good. Quick and easy. Staff was friendly at that time. Our room was as described and adequate for our traveling needs. The pool area was great as was the hot tub. After swimming we went back to our room to shower and get ready for bed for the night. We had a party of 4 and only 2 bathroom towels. My husband went downstairs to get 2 more towels so we could all shower. The manager on staff was super rude that we asked for 2 more towels and had horrible attitude and after he went to get them he threw them at my husband. I am sorry but I dont feel this was a horrible request. Breakfast the next morning was good and hot. Plenty of choices. Other than needing more towels we had a great stay.
