The location was excellent, conveniently situated close to everything needed to explore the area effectively. The cleanliness of the room could be improved. Additionally, I noticed a lack of proper covers on the sheets. Furthermore, the accommodation is advertised as a B&B, yet no breakfast option was provided. While we did not miss breakfast due to the excellent offerings at cafes in Naples, I believe the property should be accurately described as a "guesthouse" or "rooms" if breakfast is not included in the service.

Located in a convenient location, spacious room and toilet, comfy bed. You have to take the stairs, there is no elevator service so it will be an inconvenient if you’re bringing lots of luggage. During checkout we had to use the keys to open the main door in the ground floor and went back up to the third floor to drop the keys and went back down again, cos there was no automated door?

The room I booked was not the room I was given. They had no toilet seat, said they will replace it but never did (I was there for 4 days). The shower head was clogged and there were traces of rust. The water was lukewarm and had low pressure. The AC was directed to the bed (couldn't stay there when it was on) and I had to leave the room by 10:30 am for cleaning. Not good for people who want to sleep in the morning.

It was close to a very good restaurant… you could actually see it from the terrace. It was exactly what we needed .. A room with AC and a comfortable bed. Great. Staff was friendly. The TV is So SMALL from the bed it is very difficult to see but again I was not there to watch TV. Other than that it’s exactly as advertised. Oh the stairs are no Joke so have some type of fitness level.

The staff was very kind. The location was good, right in front of the University, few steps from the metro station (Università). The room and the bathroom were overall clean. Every room was named after a different song, and was nicely decorated with different colours. Overall the furniture was nice. The b&b is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. We had a quite heavy suitcase, and it was challenging. Regardless of the luggage, the steps of the stairs are very high (I guess the building is quite old). The mosquito net in our bedroom was broken. The first night we had so many mosquitos, that we had to sleep with the closed window for the other nights (>30C in Napoli those days). There was an air conditioner, but it was old or broken, so we could not change the temperature, and it was very very cold. Long story short: I was in the chemist shop every day of the holiday because I got a serious cold.
